Following contract signing, a customer from the Democratic Republic of the Congo visited our plant for on-site training, during which Hengde conducted operational training on the lightweight brick production line.
On August 8 and August 10, 2026, customers from the Democratic Republic of the Congo visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. following the contract signing to participate in training sessions on the operation of lightweight brick production line equipment, production processes, and key considerations for subsequent on-site use.
On August 8 and August 10, 2026, customers from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, following the signing of their contract, visited Guangzhou Hengde Building Technology Co., Ltd. to participate in training sessions focused on the operation of lightweight brick production line equipment, production processes, and key considerations for subsequent on-site use.
On August 7, the client signed the project agreement with Guangzhou Hengde and plans to advance a lightweight brick production equipment project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Following the signing, the client did not depart immediately but remained at Hengde’s facility to gain hands-on experience in operating the equipment. This underscores the client’s strong commitment to ensuring the successful implementation of the project—going beyond mere contract execution to proactively familiarize themselves with the equipment’s design, production processes, and critical operational procedures.
This training session was highly practical, focusing on hands-on operations on the production line. The Hengde team provided on-site instruction covering shuttle‑car operation, rail‑guided movement, mixer operation, mold‑box usage, cutter operation, cutting safety precautions, peeling machines, the material‑feeding system, and the entire production‑line workflow.
During the training, customers gained a thorough understanding of the role each piece of equipment plays in the production line. For example, the shuttle car and conveyor system facilitate the transfer of mold boxes between processing stages; the mixer and feeding system influence upstream raw-material handling and slurry stability; the mold box is critical for shaping the green body; and the peeling and cutting machines directly affect the final product’s dimensions, surface finish, and performance in construction applications.
Among these, operating the cutting machine and observing the relevant precautions are among the key aspects that customers need to master. After forming, lightweight brick products must be cut to the required dimensions using specialized cutting equipment. The equipment’s positioning, operational status, dimension control, and sequence of operations during the cutting process all influence the final product’s dimensions and overall quality. Accordingly, the Hengde team provided detailed on-site instruction on cutting‑machine operation and related safety considerations.
In addition to providing explanations for individual machines, the Hengde team also integrates the entire production line process, helping customers understand the seamless connections between raw material intake, mixing and pouring, mold‑box transfer, demolding and skinning, cutting into finished products, and subsequent processing steps. For overseas clients, gaining this early understanding facilitates faster installation coordination, staff training, and preparation for trial production once the equipment arrives on site.
Following the signing of the contract with the Congolese client, they have been visiting our facility for continuous on-site training. This not only serves as equipment‑operation instruction but also constitutes a critical preparatory step prior to project implementation. Rather than merely observing the equipment’s exterior, hands‑on learning enables the client to gain a clearer understanding of the production line’s operational logic, operational requirements, and key areas for ongoing management.
Going forward, Guangzhou Hengde will, in line with the project’s progress, continue to advance equipment configuration, production and manufacturing, shipment preparations, and on-site installation services. Upon arrival of the equipment at the customer’s project site, Hengde will also, based on the actual installation schedule, provide installation guidance, commissioning training, and production‑technical support, helping the Democratic Republic of the Congo lightweight brick project to be successfully commissioned and put into operation.
