The lightweight block production line equipment for the Malaysian customer has been shipped, and the project has entered the delivery‑and‑implementation phase.
From August 25 to 26, 2026, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. completed the loading and shipment of its custom‑made lightweight block production line equipment for a Malaysian customer. The equipment has now been dispatched as scheduled to the customer’s project site in Malaysia. This shipment marks the project’s transition from the initial phases of technical consultation, contract signing, and equipment manufacturing into the delivery and on‑site installation stages.
From August 25 to 26, 2026, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. completed the loading and shipment of its custom‑made lightweight block production line equipment for a Malaysian customer. The equipment has now been dispatched to the customer’s project site in Malaysia as scheduled. This shipment marks the project’s transition from the initial phases of technical consultation, contract signing, and equipment manufacturing to the subsequent stages of equipment delivery and on‑site installation.
According to reports, the Malaysian client has already signed a formal contract with Guangzhou Hengde for a project focused on a lightweight block production line for solid waste utilization. The client plans to leverage local raw material resources in Malaysia to establish a lightweight block manufacturing facility, producing innovative wall‑building materials.
From initial consultations to equipment shipment, this project is far from a straightforward equipment procurement process. Since 2025, the customer has maintained ongoing communication with Hengde, conducting multiple rounds of verification regarding local raw materials, product formulations, equipment configurations, and plant‑site planning. To ensure the project plan aligns closely with the customer’s on‑site conditions, the customer even brought local raw materials to Hengde for trial testing, focusing on assessing their compatibility in lightweight block production and the stability of the finished products.
During the project’s implementation, Guangzhou Hengde also dispatched engineers to the Malaysian customer’s site to help address practical concerns related to raw material compatibility, product formulation, and on‑site project execution. Following multiple rounds of communication, testing, and solution validation, the two parties ultimately agreed to adopt Hengde’s turnkey lightweight block production line solution.
Prior to this shipment, the Hengde factory had completed the manufacturing of the relevant equipment and all necessary pre‑shipment preparations in accordance with the project specifications. From August 25 to 26, production line equipment and associated components were loaded onto trucks in stages, including the main production line machinery, supporting parts, and the additional equipment required for on‑site installation. In line with the equipment’s structure and transportation requirements, staff carefully organized, secured, and loaded each item, ensuring that the equipment would be dispatched to the customer’s project site as scheduled.
For overseas factory‑building projects, the shipment of equipment does not mark the end of the collaboration; rather, it signals the true beginning of project implementation. Upon arrival at the customer’s site in Malaysia, further steps are required, including equipment mobilization, on‑site installation, full‑line commissioning, personnel training, and production‑technology guidance.
Going forward, Guangzhou Hengde will continue to dispatch engineers to the project site, in accordance with the customer’s on‑site progress, to provide installation guidance and operational training, assist the customer in completing the production line’s installation, commissioning, and pre‑production preparations, and ensure the smooth implementation of the Malaysia lightweight block project.
From initial raw-material testing and on-site coordination by engineers in Malaysia to the recent shipment of the completed equipment, this project underscores Guangzhou Hengde’s ongoing commitment to delivering reliable services in overseas lightweight building‑materials initiatives. Hengde not only supplies equipment but also provides tailored, practical project support—taking into account customers’ raw materials, product strategies, site conditions, and downstream production requirements.
