On August 26, 2026, an Indonesian client visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct a site visit focusing on lightweight block production equipment, the end-to-end production process, and the implementation of overseas projects.

The site visit began with a briefing in the conference room. Drawing on production line flowcharts, equipment layout documentation, and past project case studies, the Hengde team outlined the key stages involved in lightweight block manufacturing—raw material storage and metering, mixing and foaming, pouring and molding, curing and demolding, as well as finished‑product handling—providing the client with a comprehensive understanding of the entire production line’s configuration and operational workflow.

For overseas plant‑construction projects, the Hengde team also outlined the fundamental planning approach for equipment solutions. Even when producing lightweight concrete blocks, different projects vary in raw‑material availability, product specifications, planned output, site area, power supply conditions, and labor costs, which in turn affect the number of machines required, the level of automation, and the workshop layout. Consequently, equipment selection should not be based solely on the price of individual units, nor should it simply replicate solutions from other projects. Following the meeting‑room discussions, the client visited Hengde’s production workshop to inspect the equipment currently being manufactured and assembled. Drawing on the actual machinery on site, the Hengde team explained the function of each section of the production line, how the equipment interfaces with one another, and the site‑specific preparations and foundational requirements that must be addressed prior to installation.

From the schematic design to the actual factory layout, customers now have a clearer, more intuitive understanding of which equipment is required for a lightweight block production line, how each piece of equipment should be integrated, and what documentation needs to be prepared prior to overseas plant construction.

This visit is at the stage of project assessment and scheme familiarization. Going forward, both parties will, based on the Indonesian project’s raw materials, product specifications, target production volume, and site conditions, proceed to further refine the equipment scope and production line configuration.
