As shown in the on-site video, this test utilized the Hengde fire‑door core board cutting saw. The equipment demonstrated cutting of cement‑foam door core board blanks, with a particular focus on its ability to handle various thickness specifications. The video notes that the machine can adjust its cutting depth according to customers’ specific requirements, accommodating thicknesses such as approximately 50 mm and 60 mm.

Unlike ordinary masonry blocks, fire door core panels are typically longer in length, placing higher demands on cutting accuracy, edge and corner integrity, and dimensional stability. Any chipping, breakage, or dimensional deviations during the cutting process can compromise both the subsequent panel lamination and the final product quality.
