The Xinjiang Aksu customer’s self-insulating block production line upgrade and renovation project has entered the on-site installation phase.

The after-sales installation team of Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. has arrived at the customer’s project site in Aksu, Xinjiang, and has officially commenced the installation of equipment for upgrading and retrofitting the self‑insulating block production line. This project involves the modernization of the customer’s existing production line, with key focus on converting square molds to elongated molds, upgrading the cutting system, optimizing the production rhythm, and enhancing the overall line’s supporting infrastructure.

Recently, the after-sales installation team of Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. arrived at the customer’s project site in Aksu, Xinjiang, to officially commence the installation of upgraded equipment for the self‑insulating block production line. This project involves the renovation and modernization of the customer’s existing production line, focusing on converting square molds to elongated molds, upgrading the cutting system, optimizing the production rhythm, and enhancing the overall line’s supporting infrastructure.

According to reports, the Aksu customer already operated a production line for self‑insulating concrete blocks, which primarily relied on square molds and reciprocating saw‑cutting equipment. Over time, this conventional process has revealed several shortcomings—slow cutting speeds, inconsistent control of product dimensions, limited potential for improving production efficiency, and a high reliance on manual operations—thereby hindering the customer’s efforts to expand capacity and enhance product quality.

In response to the customer’s existing production line, the Guangzhou Hengde team, taking into account the facility’s structural foundation, the condition of the original equipment, the product roadmap, and capacity planning, developed a comprehensive upgrade plan to convert the square‑mold system to a long‑mold configuration. This transformation goes beyond merely replacing individual pieces of equipment; it entails a systematic overhaul of the customer’s key production stages, enabling a seamless transition from the conventional square‑mold process to a long‑mold manufacturing approach.

Based on the on-site installation progress, the relevant equipment has been delivered in stages, and the installation team is systematically advancing work including track laying, shuttle‑car installation, formwork‑box assembly, mixing‑system installation, demolding‑equipment installation, peeling‑machine installation, vertical‑cutting‑saw installation, and cutter‑machine commissioning. Each installation task is being carried out step by step in accordance with the production line layout, laying a solid foundation for subsequent full‑line integrated commissioning and trial production.

Among these, the long‑mold and cutting systems represent the key components of this upgrade. Compared with the conventional square‑mold production process, the long‑mold technology enhances both the per‑cycle molding output and production continuity. When paired with high‑efficiency cutting equipment, it further improves dimensional control of the finished products, boosts cutting efficiency, reduces manual handling workload, and strengthens the operational stability of the entire self‑insulating block production line.

At the installation site, Hengde’s after-sales team conducted on‑site verification of rail alignment, equipment foundations, mold‑box travel paths, cutting‑equipment integration, and the coordination of each process, based on the customer’s plant foundation and equipment layout plan. With respect to equipment positioning, rail connections, component fastening, and subsequent commissioning preparations, the installation team proceeded step by step in accordance with project specifications, ensuring that the equipment installation meets the requirements for subsequent production and operation.

For old‑line upgrade and renovation projects, the arrival and installation of equipment represent only a critical step in bringing the project to fruition. Moving forward, Guangzhou Hengde will continue to align with the customer’s on‑site schedule, carrying out equipment calibration, no‑load operation, integrated commissioning, operator training, and production‑technology guidance, thereby helping the customer swiftly complete the production line upgrade and achieve more stable, efficient operations.

With the Aksu project in Xinjiang now entering the on-site installation phase, this marks a further step in the collaboration between the two parties, moving from equipment delivery to full-scale implementation. Guangzhou Hengde will continue to address customers’ real‑world production challenges by optimizing processes, upgrading equipment, and providing on‑site support, thereby helping them enhance both the production efficiency and product quality of self‑insulating masonry blocks.

Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. has long been dedicated to the development of equipment for lightweight building materials and the upgrading and retrofitting of existing production lines. Based on each customer’s specific circumstances—such as their existing equipment, site layout, raw material availability, product specifications, and production capacity—we offer tailored solutions, including upgrades to autoclaved aerated concrete block production lines, lightweight block production lines, expanded clay block production lines, and cutting systems.
