The Uzbek customer’s lightweight brick production line project has entered the on-site installation phase.
Recently, the after-sales team of Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. reported back from the Uzbek client’s project site on the progress of installation. At present, the lightweight brick production line project is advancing smoothly on-site, with foundation work, equipment positioning, track installation, and core equipment assembly all proceeding in parallel.
According to reports, this project involves the construction of a lightweight brick production line for an Uzbek client. Following the completion of equipment manufacturing and shipment, the project has entered the on-site installation and commissioning phase. As the equipment arrives at the customer’s facility in stages, Hengde’s after-sales team has begun assisting the client in advancing the full-line installation, taking into account the site’s building conditions, equipment layout plans, and production line operating requirements.
Based on the on-site conditions, the customer’s plant has already begun preparing the equipment foundations and making installation-ready arrangements. Work is currently underway to construct the foundation, level and prepare the track base, and clear the equipment installation area, laying a solid groundwork for the stable operation of the production line going forward. As the lightweight brick production line is an integrated turnkey project, the various pieces of equipment must be properly interconnected in accordance with the production sequence; therefore, the preliminary foundation work and track alignment are of paramount importance.
During the installation process, Hengde’s after-sales team provided on-site guidance covering the feeding platform, cement silo, scale‑removal machine, vertical cutting saw, palletizer, stacking equipment, and related conveyor systems. All equipment is being installed step by step in accordance with the process flow, and subsequent work will include component assembly, electrical wiring, equipment alignment, and integrated commissioning.
Among these, the cutting system—being a critical component of the lightweight brick production line—directly affects the dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and subsequent performance in construction applications. At the project site, installation of the vertical cutting saw, skinning machine, and associated conveyor systems has now commenced, laying the groundwork for subsequent full-line commissioning and trial production.
For overseas lightweight brick production projects, equipment delivery is only the beginning of project implementation. Achieving stable, reliable production requires a phased approach that integrates site preparation, equipment installation, process commissioning, operator training, and ongoing technical support. With the Uzbekistan project now entering the installation phase, the customer’s lightweight brick production line has taken another significant step closer to formal commercial operation.
Going forward, the Guangzhou Hengde after-sales team will continue to advance equipment installation, no‑load operation, integrated commissioning, and operator training in line with the customer’s on‑site progress, helping the customer quickly become familiar with the production line’s architecture and equipment operating procedures, thereby ensuring the project’s smooth commissioning.
Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. has long been dedicated to the field of lightweight building‑material production equipment. Tailored to each customer’s specific raw‑material conditions, plant infrastructure, site layout, production capacity requirements, and product focus, we offer complete solutions for lightweight brick production lines, lightweight block production lines, lightweight partition‑board production lines, self‑insulating block production lines, as well as related auxiliary equipment.
