On July 27, 2026, a client from Timor-Leste visited Guangzhou Hengde Building Technology Co., Ltd. for an in-depth two-day inspection and discussion centered on the lightweight brick production project. During this visit, the client focused on reviewing the project plan, equipment configuration, factory manufacturing processes, material pouring, precision cutting, and potential avenues for future collaboration, thereby laying further groundwork for advancing the implementation of the lightweight brick project.
On July 27, 2026, a client from Timor-Leste visited Guangzhou Hengde Building Technology Co., Ltd. for an in-depth two-day inspection and discussion centered on the lightweight brick production project. During this visit, the client focused on reviewing the project plan, equipment configuration, factory manufacturing processes, material casting, precision cutting, and potential avenues for future collaboration, thereby laying further groundwork for the successful implementation of the lightweight brick project.
According to reports, the client’s visit this time is well‑focused, with the primary objective of gaining a comprehensive understanding of the overall project plan for the lightweight brick production facility. The client stated that they have been following Guangzhou Hengde for an extended period and are already familiar with its lightweight wall‑material equipment, manufacturing processes, and project‑management capabilities. Consequently, they do not intend to visit other manufacturers; instead, they hope to further validate the equipment specifications and collaboration details through on‑site discussions and a thorough field inspection.
On the first day of the site visit, the Guangzhou Hengde team held a detailed discussion with the client in the conference room. Focusing on East Timor’s local construction market demand, raw material availability, product application areas, and production capacity planning, the Hengde team provided a systematic overview of the lightweight brick production line, covering its process flow, equipment configuration, level of automation, production management, and project implementation strategy. This helped the client gain a deeper understanding of the complete production process—from raw material handling and batching to foaming and pouring, demolding and curing, and finally cutting into finished products.
Subsequently, the customer visited Guangzhou Hengde’s factory to gain first-hand insight into the processing and manufacturing of its equipment, as well as assembly, commissioning, and full-line integration. By inspecting the equipment’s structure, the production line configuration, and the details of its core components on-site, the customer developed a more concrete understanding of Hengde’s capabilities in manufacturing lightweight brick‑making equipment and its comprehensive line‑solution offerings.
On the second day of the visit, the customer focused on observing demonstrations of material pouring and precision cutting. As a critical step in the production of lightweight bricks, material pouring directly affects the green body’s forming quality, product consistency, and subsequent cutting performance. Drawing on the on-site presentations, the Hengde team provided further explanations of key processes, including raw material formulation, mixing and foaming, pouring and molding, as well as curing and cutting.
During the high-precision cutting demonstration, the customer gained firsthand insight into the operation of the cutting equipment, its cutting specifications, dimensional control, and the quality of the finished products. As a critical step in lightweight brick production, cutting directly impacts the dimensional accuracy, surface appearance, and performance of the final product during subsequent construction and installation. By observing the cutting process on-site and evaluating the finished parts, the customer developed a deeper understanding of the Hengde cutting system’s stability and real-world effectiveness.
During the two-day site visit, the client focused on key issues such as whether the equipment configuration is optimal, whether raw material compatibility is feasible, whether product specifications are stable, whether capacity planning is aligned with demand, and whether follow-up installation, commissioning, and technical training can be provided in a timely manner. In response to the client’s specific requirements, the Hengde team drew on its extensive experience from previous overseas projects to provide detailed explanations covering equipment selection, production line configuration, facility layout, installation guidance, and post‑commissioning operational support.
For the East Timor lightweight brick production project, it is essential not only to secure stable and reliable production equipment but also to conduct comprehensive planning that takes into account local raw materials, market demand, investment budget, site conditions, and production management practices. This two-day in-depth site visit has enabled the client to gain a more thorough understanding of the project’s conceptual framework, equipment configuration, and manufacturing processes, thereby laying a solid foundation for advancing cooperation between the two parties.
