Modification of the cutting machine in the production line of expanded clay block equipment for a Zhejiang customer

The Zhejiang customer’s original lightweight aggregate block equipment production line had low cutting machine efficiency, poor product quality, and wasted a large amount of production cost and time. The old cutting machine frequently broke down during production, resulting in poor product dimensional accuracy and low product qualification rate, requiring a large amount of waste to be re-crushed and reused.

Guangzhou Hengde provided the Zhejiang customer with an upgrade plan for the lightweight aggregate block equipment production line, mainly focusing on technological innovation and production efficiency improvement, specifically reflected in the following aspects:

1. Adopting German CLC wall material equipment development technology combined with localized innovation to achieve fully automatic operation and high-precision cutting (±1mm error), supporting both dry and wet cutting processes, significantly reducing waste rate.

2. New cutting machine technology (such as high-precision rotary vertical cutting saw) can flexibly adjust parameters to adapt to the production of various types such as lightweight aggregate composite bricks and self-insulating blocks, improving equipment utilization.

Guangzhou Hengde’s plan, through technology integration and customized services, increases the cutting precision of lightweight aggregate blocks by 1mm, expanding the product premium space by 5%-8%, helping customers achieve low-cost, high-return upgrades in lightweight aggregate block production.
