A cooperation agreement was signed with a customer in Xichang, Sichuan for a production line of lightweight block equipment with a daily output of 400 cubic meters.

On June 26th, a customer in Xichang, Sichuan Province, ordered a lightweight block production line with a daily output of 400 cubic meters. Since 2020, this customer has repeatedly adjusted their factory construction plans (Panzhihua → Laos → Xichang). After thoroughly understanding the customer's local raw material characteristics, factory layout, and market demand, Hengde Company, based on numerous successful cases and combining the characteristics of local resources such as shale and fly ash in Xichang, provided a highly customized solution that earned the customer's trust.

To meet the customer's requirement of a daily output of 400 cubic meters of blocks, this production line integrates automated demolding machines, high-speed double-track gantry cutting saws, high-precision foaming machines, stacking machines, and skinning machines, etc. This automation covers raw material processing, mixing, pouring, cutting, curing, and stacking, saving significant labor and time.

To meet the customer's request for rapid project implementation, the factory immediately began the equipment processing procedures to ensure timely delivery. Later, the company's after-sales technical personnel will go to the customer's factory to provide one-stop service including equipment installation, commissioning, operation training, and maintenance, ensuring that the customer's factory can quickly start production.
