Sichuan Xichang client signs cooperation for a production line of Nissan 400 cubic meters lightweight block equipment

On June 26, a customer in Xichang, Sichuan ordered a production line for lightweight blocks with a daily output of 400 cubic meters. Since 2020, the customer has adjusted their factory construction plans multiple times (Panzhihua → Laos → Xichang). Hengde Company, after fully understanding the local raw material characteristics, factory layout, market demand, and other conditions, provided a highly customized solution based on multiple successful cases and combined with the local shale, fly ash, and other resource features in Xichang, winning the customer's trust.

To meet the daily production demand of 400 cubic meters of block bricks, the company's block brick production line integrates core equipment such as an automated demolding machine, high-speed dual-track gantry cutting saw, high-precision foaming machine, stacking and palletizing machine, and peeling machine, achieving automated operations from raw material processing → mixing → pouring → cutting → curing → palletizing, saving a large amount of labor and time.

Because the customer wanted the project to be implemented as soon as possible, the factory immediately entered the equipment processing phase to ensure on-time delivery. Later, the company's after-sales technical staff simultaneously went to the customer's factory to provide one-stop services including equipment installation and debugging, operation training, and maintenance, ensuring the customer's factory could quickly start production.
