The customer in Guyuan, Ningxia, has put the production line for block-making equipment into operation.

Guangzhou Hengde Company recently successfully customized and delivered a lightweight block equipment production line for a customer in Guyuan, Ningxia. This production plan was customized according to the customer's actual situation, and optimizations were made to aspects such as raw material mixing (fly ash, ceramsite, etc.), foaming molding, curing, demolding, cutting, and palletizing.

Recently, Ningxia has actively promoted the resource utilization of solid waste. Many fly ash block production lines have been built locally, utilizing fly ash and other industrial solid waste raw materials to produce lightweight, high-strength blocks. Existing autoclaved aerated concrete enterprises are also innovating in energy-saving technology transformation and project transformation. Hengde's lightweight block equipment can achieve diversified production, with one set of equipment capable of producing ordinary blocks, self-insulating blocks, ceramsite blocks, prefabricated self-insulating wall panels, homogeneous insulation boards, and other green and environmentally friendly building materials.

The equipment has arrived at the customer's factory, and the company's technicians have promptly followed up and guided the installation and commissioning of the equipment on-site.
