Customized Small-Size Wall Panel Production Line Installation Underway for a Customer in Shaoguan, Guangdong Province

Recently, a customized wall-panel production line contracted by a customer in Shaoguan, Guangdong Province, has been shipped. During a site visit to Hengde’s production base, the customer articulated clear production requirements: an automated partition-panel production line capable of manufacturing panels measuring 1.5 meters in length, 1.25 meters in width, and 10 centimeters in thickness.

To better meet customer needs, Guangzhou Hengde’s expert team has developed a customized wall-panel production-line solution tailored to the client’s requirements. The team provided a detailed overview of the entire production process, covering raw-material mixing, mold forming, cutting, and other key manufacturing steps, as well as the corresponding equipment configuration.

This client has been in the building materials industry for many years in Jiangxi Province and Shaoguan, Guangdong Province, and enjoys considerable influence in the local market. The client’s 1.5-meter small wall panel investment project will supply products for the construction of what is set to become Shaoguan’s largest sheep farm, placing high demands on both production volume and product quality.

The customer places great emphasis on the project and the equipment; upon completion of equipment fabrication, a trial run and inspection are conducted at the factory without delay to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
