Albanian client visits Guangzhou Hengde for an inspection, with plans to upgrade the existing production line’s cutting system.
On April 17, 2026, a client from Albania visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site inspection of lightweight building-material production equipment and engage in in-depth discussions on plans for upgrading and optimizing the existing production line, particularly the cutting process, as well as potential avenues for collaboration.
On April 17, 2026, a client from Albania visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site inspection of lightweight building-material production equipment and engage in in-depth discussions on plans for upgrading and optimizing the existing production lines, with a particular focus on refining the cutting process, as well as potential avenues for collaboration.
According to available information, the customer currently operates an existing production line that primarily employs reciprocating saws for cutting. As production demand increases and higher standards are set for product quality, production efficiency, and overall line stability, the customer seeks to optimize and upgrade the existing line by replacing the conventional reciprocating-saw cutting method with Guangzhou Hengde gantry-type cutting saws, thereby enhancing overall production efficiency and improving the quality of cut parts.
In response to the customer’s current renovation requirements, the Guangzhou Hengde team held a detailed discussion with the customer in the conference room. Drawing on the customer’s existing production conditions, product requirements, and future development plans, the team provided a focused overview of the gantry cutting saw’s equipment configuration, process integration methods, and implementation strategy for the overall line upgrade. In addition, Guangzhou Hengde systematically addressed the customer’s key concerns—such as cutting speed, production rhythm, finished-product quality control, and integration with existing equipment—to help the customer further clarify the direction of the upgrade and transformation.
During the site visit, the customer toured the factory workshops, closely examined the production and operational status of the relevant equipment, and gained in-depth insights into the Guangzhou Hengde Gantry Cutting Saw’s performance in terms of cutting efficiency, equipment stability, and seamless integration with the entire production line. In conjunction with this production-line upgrade project, the two parties also engaged in further discussions on equipment selection, line integration, subsequent installation and commissioning, and technical services.
Through this visit, the client gained a more direct understanding of Guangzhou Hengde’s comprehensive turnkey capabilities in the lightweight building-materials equipment sector, as well as its project experience in upgrading and retrofitting existing production lines, thereby laying a solid foundation for advancing cooperation between the two parties going forward.
