A Guyanese client has officially signed a contract with Guangzhou Hengde, and the existing production line will be upgraded to incorporate cutting processes.
On April 20, 2026, a client in Guyana formally signed a contract with Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd., under which the two parties will collaborate on an upgrade and renovation project for the client’s existing production line. This project will build upon the client’s current production infrastructure to transition the manufacturing process from mold-based forming to cutting, thereby further enhancing product quality, standardizing specifications, and improving the overall production-line compatibility and efficiency.
On April 20, 2026, a client in Guyana officially signed a contract with Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd., under which the two parties will collaborate on an upgrade and renovation project for the client’s existing production line. This project will build upon the client’s current production infrastructure to transition the manufacturing process from mold-based forming to cutting, thereby further enhancing product quality, standardizing specifications, and improving the overall production-line compatibility and efficiency.
According to available information, the customer’s existing production line previously relied primarily on mold-based forming. As production demands evolved and higher standards were set for product appearance, dimensional control, and subsequent production efficiency, the customer decided to undertake a targeted upgrade and retrofit of the existing line, leveraging the current factory infrastructure. Following the signing of this agreement, the project will build upon the existing production line by introducing cutting-based manufacturing processes. While making maximum use of the original equipment configuration, key process steps will be optimized and adjusted to enhance overall process performance and product competitiveness.
In alignment with this upgrade and renovation project, Guangzhou Hengde has developed a tailored retrofit plan based on the customer’s existing production conditions, site constraints, and future product roadmap. Compared with the original mold-based forming process, the cutting process offers distinct advantages in terms of product specification control, finished-product appearance, production flexibility, and scalable batch manufacturing, thereby helping the customer further enhance product standardization and strengthen market adaptability.
This project does not involve the complete reconstruction of the production line; rather, it focuses on optimizing and upgrading the existing system. Guangzhou Hengde will provide comprehensive support across key areas—including cutting-system configuration, seamless integration of the entire line, equipment matching, and post-implementation execution—to help the customer advance the transformation. By leveraging the customer’s existing infrastructure, we will facilitate upgrades to process methodologies and enhance production capacity.
The formal signing of the contract with the Guyanese client further underscores Guangzhou Hengde’s comprehensive, end-to-end capabilities in both new construction projects for lightweight building-materials equipment and the upgrading and retrofitting of existing production lines. Guangzhou Hengde Building Technology Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the field of lightweight building-materials equipment, consistently providing customers with integrated solutions that encompass project planning, equipment configuration, installation and commissioning, as well as technical training—thereby helping more clients tailor production-line optimization and upgrades to their specific circumstances and ensuring the steady implementation of their projects.
