"Tibet Autonomous Region Promotion, Restriction and Prohibition of the Use of Construction Engineering Materials and Equipment Product Catalog (2023 Edition)": Promotion of self-insulation block building structures and insulation integration

The Tibet Autonomous Region promotes, restricts and prohibits the use of construction engineering materials and equipment product catalog (2023 edition) lists self-insulation block products as building materials products for promotion and application.

In order to promote the application of green, energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials and equipment, promote the quality of construction projects, and promote the green development of urban and rural construction, according to the ''Tibet Autonomous Region Green Building Promotion and Management Measures'' (Autonomous Region Government Order No. 176) and ''Tibet Autonomous Region Housing Construction and Municipal Infrastructure Projects Comprehensive Promotion and Application of Green Building Materials Implementation Plan "(Tibet Construction Office [2022] No. 232) and other relevant regulations, our department has organized and compiled the catalogue of products for promotion, restriction and prohibition of the use of construction engineering materials and equipment in Tibet Autonomous Region (2023 Edition) (hereinafter referred to as the catalogue), which has been publicized by the society and reviewed by experts, and is now released.

All localities (cities) housing and construction departments are requested to forward the "Catalogue" to relevant departments and units in their jurisdictions, and implement it. Once it is found that the state or autonomous region explicitly restricts or prohibits the use of materials and equipment in construction projects in violation of regulations, it shall be dealt with in accordance with laws and regulations to ensure the quality and safety of the project. Due to the many types of materials and equipment, the "Catalogue" cannot cover all of them. For materials and equipment not included, they are still implemented in accordance with the current relevant policies and standards of the state and autonomous regions.
