According to reports, the client’s visit is primarily aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of the overall construction plan for the lightweight brick production project. With growing demand in the Indonesian construction market for lightweight wall materials, innovative building products, and environmentally friendly building materials, the client intends to move forward with this production initiative, seeking to lay the groundwork for the subsequent plant construction and commissioning by introducing reliable, high‑efficiency production equipment.
In alignment with the client’s project plan, the Guangzhou Hengde team held a detailed discussion in the conference room. Drawing on insights into Indonesia’s local market demand, raw material availability, product application prospects, and production capacity planning, they provided a comprehensive overview of the lightweight brick production line—covering its process flow, equipment configuration, capacity allocation, and project implementation strategy. This helped the client gain a deeper understanding of the entire production process, from raw material handling and mixing–foaming to casting, demolding, curing, and final cutting.
During the consultation, the customer placed particular emphasis on issues such as the production stability of lightweight brick products, the level of equipment automation, control over product specifications, labor‑intensive operational requirements, raw material compatibility, and post‑commissioning management. In response to these practical needs, the Hengde team leveraged its experience from previous projects to provide a detailed explanation covering equipment selection, production line configuration, process flow, installation and commissioning, as well as technical training.
Subsequently, the customer toured Hengde’s production workshop, gaining first-hand insight into the processing and manufacturing of relevant equipment, as well as its assembly, commissioning, and end-to-end line integration. Through this on-site inspection, the customer developed a more comprehensive and intuitive understanding of Hengde’s manufacturing processes for lightweight brick production equipment, its equipment architecture, and its capabilities in full-line system integration.
During this visit, the customer focused on the cutting stage of lightweight brick production. As a critical step in the manufacturing process, cutting directly affects the dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and performance of the finished product during subsequent installation. By inspecting the equipment’s design, the cutting methods, and the resulting product quality on-site, the customer gained a deeper understanding of the Hengde cutting system’s stability and its real-world performance.
For the Indonesian lightweight brick production project, it is essential not only to have stable and reliable production equipment but also to conduct comprehensive planning that takes into account local raw materials, market demand, product specifications, investment budgets, and production management practices.
