The foam concrete block production line equipment for the Indonesian customer has been shipped, and the project has entered the delivery‑and‑implementation phase.
On July 7, 2026, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. completed the loading and shipment of a foam concrete block production line customized for an Indonesian customer. The equipment has officially departed as scheduled for the customer’s project site in Indonesia. This shipment marks the project’s transition from the initial phase of conceptual discussions and equipment manufacturing to the next stage: advancing toward equipment delivery.
On July 7, 2026, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. completed loading and shipping the foam concrete block production line equipment custom‑made for its Indonesian customer. The equipment has officially departed as scheduled for the customer’s project site in Indonesia. This shipment marks the project’s transition from the initial phase of conceptual discussions and equipment manufacturing to the next stage: advancing toward equipment delivery.
According to reports, the Indonesian client had previously established a formal partnership with Guangzhou Hengde and plans to build a foam concrete block production facility in Indonesia. During the initial discussions, the client placed particular emphasis on the product manufacturing process, equipment configuration, raw material compatibility, the quality of cut‑finished products, and the subsequent implementation of the project. In response to the client’s investment requirements, the Guangzhou Hengde team, taking into account local market conditions, available raw materials, and capacity planning, provided a tailored production line solution for foam concrete blocks.
Foam concrete blocks, as a lightweight wall material, can be used for infill walls in the frame structures of residential buildings, apartments, office buildings, schools, hospitals, and other types of construction. The production of such products involves multiple stages, including raw material proportioning, mixing and foaming, casting and molding, demolding and cutting, and curing, each of which places specific demands on equipment configuration, process integration, and subsequent production management.
To ensure the smooth execution of this shipment, the Hengde team, in accordance with the project’s configuration requirements, organized, inspected, and arranged for the loading of the relevant equipment and associated components. During the loading process, staff systematically positioned and secured the equipment’s structural parts, production-line accessories, and related auxiliary devices, ensuring that the equipment would be delivered to the customer’s site as scheduled.
For overseas building-materials manufacturing projects, the shipment of equipment does not mark the end of project services; rather, it is a critical step in bringing the project to fruition. Following dispatch, Guangzhou Hengde will, in accordance with the customer’s project schedule, continue to provide comprehensive follow-up support—including logistics coordination, on-site arrangements, installation guidance, equipment commissioning, and operator training—to help the customer successfully implement their foam concrete block production project.
