Guangzhou Hengde’s after-sales engineers traveled to Côte d’Ivoire to carry out on-site installation of the lightweight block production line.

Recently, after-sales engineers from Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. arrived at the client’s project site in Côte d’Ivoire to carry out the installation of a lightweight block production line, advancing the project from equipment delivery to on-site commissioning.

Located in Côte d’Ivoire, the project has seen the local client complete the preparation of the plant facilities and associated infrastructure. As production-line equipment is progressively delivered, Hengde’s after-sales engineers are working alongside the customer’s on-site team to carry out equipment positioning, track installation, conveyor‑system integration, and core‑equipment assembly, thereby laying the groundwork for subsequent full‑line commissioning and trial production.

Based on the on-site installation progress, multiple production line units are being systematically positioned in accordance with the project’s layout plan. Engineers are providing on-site guidance on equipment foundations, installation locations, track connections, conveyor system integration, and the seamless coordination of each process step, ensuring that the equipment installation meets the requirements for subsequent operation.

For overseas building‑materials manufacturing projects, the shipment of equipment to the site marks only the beginning of project implementation. Ensuring the smooth commissioning of the production line requires a phased approach that integrates such critical steps as facility foundation work, equipment installation, process‑line integration, electrical connections, trial operation, and personnel training.

During the installation phase of this Côte d’Ivoire project, Hengde’s after-sales engineers not only provided on-site guidance for equipment installation but also coordinated with the local team to arrange subsequent commissioning and production‑readiness preparations. Through close collaboration on site, they helped the customer gain a deeper understanding of the production line’s architecture, the installation process, and the interconnections among the various pieces of equipment.

In the next phase, Hengde’s after-sales engineers will continue to carry out equipment calibration, wiring connections, no-load commissioning, integrated system testing, and operator training, ensuring seamless integration across all stages of the production line and laying a solid foundation for subsequent trial production and stable operation.
