Customer from Dunhuang, Gansu Province, signs a contract for an autotermic block and lightweight block production line.

In mid-January 2026, a customer from Dunhuang, Gansu Province, visited Guangzhou Hengde’s production base for a two-day inspection. On the second day, they placed an order for a complete production line for homogeneous self-insulating blocks and lightweight blocks. This customer has abundant local resources, including iron tailings and fly ash, and wishes to utilize these solid waste materials to produce environmentally friendly, lightweight block bricks. After comparing several domestic manufacturers, they ultimately chose Hengde.

The customer toured Hengde’s equipment processing workshop, laboratory, and the demonstration site for the eighth-generation high-precision block-cutting machine. Both sides engaged in an in-depth exchange on raw material compatibility, process optimization, and equipment configuration. Based on previous case studies, Hengde provided a viable solution. The customer recognized Hengde’s cutting system and its high level of automation, noting that the solution was stable and highly precise, and thus proceeded to sign the contract on-site.

This customer wishes to produce a variety of products, including EPS particle homogenous self-insulating blocks and conventional lightweight blocks. Hengde’s technical engineers recommend equipping the production line with core automated equipment such as a high-efficiency horizontal mixer, a billet peeling machine, and a high-precision rotary cutter, which can significantly enhance both the output and efficiency of the entire block production line.

Next, Hengde will arrange equipment fabrication and ship the goods according to the schedule provided by the customer. We will also dispatch engineers to the site for installation, commissioning, and training, ensuring that the project is smoothly put into operation.
