Customer from Lanzhou, Gansu, signs for the self-insulating block equipment project (installation).

Guangzhou Hengde has signed a contract with a customer from Lanzhou, Gansu Province, for a production line project featuring self-insulating block equipment. After visiting and examining numerous equipment manufacturers across China—such as those in Shandong, Henan, and Fujian provinces—the customer conducted comparative analyses and on-site inspections before ultimately selecting Hengde’s self-insulating block equipment.
In recent years, Gansu Province has been gradually promoting integrated building thermal insulation technology since 2023, mandating its adoption in newly constructed high-rise residential buildings and planning for full implementation by 2024. The new homogeneous composite self-insulating masonry blocks, with advantages such as 75% energy savings and convenient construction, have become the key product prioritized for promotion under local policies.
The advantages of Hengde self-insulating block equipment
Equipment Upgrade: The homogeneous composite self-insulating masonry blocks, produced using the German CLC process formulation, enable the integration of building walls and thermal insulation structures.
Brand-new cutting solution: The customer has purchased a set of three-axis rotary vertical cutting saws, capable of cutting 3 to 6 workpieces at a time. This cutting method boasts high productivity, minimal dimensional errors, and low waste generation. Compared to reciprocating saws and circular saws, the Hengde cutting machines offer higher efficiency and lower costs.
Environmental features: Raw materials can include solid waste resources such as fly ash and slag, and edge trimmings generated during cutting can be recycled and reused, making the process environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and waste-utilizing.
This project aligns with the trend in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, toward more low-carbon and safer prefabricated buildings, and meets the growing market demand for energy-efficient and thermal-insulated wall materials locally.
At the end of October, the customer’s equipment was completed with processing and preliminary commissioning, and then loaded onto a truck for shipment to the customer’s factory.
