Customer in Lanzhou, Gansu, has signed for the self-insulating block equipment project.

Guangzhou Hengde has signed a contract with a customer in Lanzhou, Gansu, for a production line project dedicated to self‑insulating concrete blocks. After visiting and evaluating numerous equipment manufacturers across the country—including those in Shandong, Henan, and Fujian provinces—the customer ultimately selected Hengde’s self‑insulating block production equipment following careful comparison and on‑site inspections.
In recent years, Gansu Province has been gradually promoting integrated building thermal insulation‑structural technology since 2023, mandating its use for new high-rise civil buildings and implementing it nationwide by 2024. The new homogeneous composite self‑insulating masonry block, with advantages such as 75% energy savings and ease of construction, has become a key product prioritized in local policy initiatives.
Advantages of Hengde’s Self-Insulating Block Equipment
Equipment Upgrade: The homogeneous composite self-insulating masonry units, manufactured using the German CLC process formulation, enable the integration of building walls and thermal insulation into a single system.
New cutting technology: The customer has purchased a three‑station rotary vertical sawing system that can process 3 to 6 workpieces in a single pass, delivering high throughput. Hengde’s cutting machines offer tight dimensional tolerances and minimal scrap, outperforming reciprocating and circular saw methods in both efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Environmental benefits: The raw materials can include solid waste resources such as fly ash and slag, and the edge trimmings generated during cutting can be recycled and reused, contributing to environmental protection, energy conservation, and waste utilization.
This project aligns with the trend in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, toward the development of prefabricated construction that is more low‑carbon and safer, while meeting the growing local market demand for energy‑efficient, thermally insulating wall materials.
At the end of October, the customer’s equipment was completed, undergoes preliminary commissioning, and was loaded for shipment to the customer’s factory.
