Gansu Lanzhou customer signs off on the self-insulating block equipment project (shipment).

Guangzhou Hengde has signed a contract with a customer in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, for a self-insulating block equipment production line project. The customer visited and inspected numerous equipment manufacturers across the country, including companies from Shandong, Henan, Fujian Province, and other regions. After thorough comparisons and on-site evaluations, they ultimately chose Hengde's self-insulating block equipment.
In recent years, Gansu Province has been gradually promoting integrated building thermal insulation technology since 2023, mandating its adoption for newly constructed high-rise residential buildings and fully implementing it by 2024. The new homogeneous composite self-insulating block, with advantages such as 75% energy savings and convenient construction, has become the key product prioritized under local policies.
The advantages of Hengde's self-insulating block equipment
Equipment Upgrade: The homogeneous composite self-insulating block products, manufactured using the German CLC process formula, enable the integration of building walls with insulation structures.
全新切割: Customers have purchased a set of three-axis rotary vertical cutting saws, capable of processing 3 to 6 blank products at once. This cutting system delivers high productivity, with minimal dimensional errors and reduced cutting waste compared to reciprocating or circular saw technologies. It also boasts superior efficiency and lower costs, making it an ideal choice for maximizing output while minimizing expenses.
Environmental features: Raw materials can include solid waste resources such as fly ash and slag, and edge trimmings generated during cutting can be recycled and reused, promoting environmental protection, energy conservation, and waste utilization.
This project aligns with the trend in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, toward more low-carbon and safer prefabricated construction, while also meeting the growing market demand for energy-efficient and thermally insulated wall materials locally.
At the end of October, the customer's equipment completed processing and initial debugging, and was loaded onto a truck for shipment to the customer's factory.
