Customer in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, signs contract for self-insulating block equipment project

Guangzhou Hengde has signed a contract with a customer in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, for a production line project featuring self-insulating block-making equipment. After conducting extensive site visits and evaluations of numerous equipment manufacturers across China—particularly in Shandong, Henan, and Fujian Provinces—the customer ultimately selected Hengde’s self-insulating block-making equipment following careful comparison and on-site inspections.
In recent years, Gansu Province has progressively promoted the integrated building thermal insulation–structure technology since 2023, mandating its use in new high-rise civil buildings and fully implementing it in 2024. The new homogeneous composite self-insulating masonry block, with advantages such as 75% energy savings and convenient construction, has become a key product prioritized for promotion under local policies.
Advantages of Hengde Self-Insulating Block Equipment
Equipment Upgrade: The homogeneous composite self-insulating masonry units produced using the German CLC process formulation enable the integration of building walls and thermal insulation systems.
New cutting solution: The customer has purchased a three-station rotary vertical cutting saw system that can process 3 to 6 blank products in a single pass, delivering high cutting throughput. Hengde’s cutting machines offer tight dimensional tolerances and minimal scrap, outperforming reciprocating and circular-saw technologies in both efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Environmental benefits: The raw materials can include solid waste resources such as fly ash and slag, and the edge and corner scraps generated during cutting can be recycled and reused, promoting environmental protection, energy conservation, and waste utilization.
This project aligns with the trend in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, toward the development of prefabricated construction that is lower-carbon and safer, while meeting the growing local market demand for energy-efficient, thermally insulated wall materials.
At the end of October, the customer’s equipment was completed in machining and underwent preliminary commissioning before being loaded onto a truck and shipped to the customer’s factory.
