Gansu Wuwei customer signs cooperation agreement for the renovation (production) of self-insulating block equipment.

In mid-January 2026, a customer in Wuwei, Gansu Province, entered into a collaboration with Guangzhou Hengde to upgrade the cutting process on their self-insulating block production line. Following a thorough inspection of Guangzhou Hengde’s factory and equipment, and after an intensive comparison of solutions from multiple manufacturers, the customer spent one week deliberating before ultimately signing an online agreement with Guangzhou Hengde to proceed with the project. The customer opted for Hengde’s eighth-generation high-precision rotary vertical cutter to replace the existing vertical reciprocating saw on the production line, thereby directly addressing the three major pain points of low production efficiency, poor product quality, and excessive waste.

The customer’s existing vertical reciprocating saw production process can no longer be sustained:
1. The equipment has low cutting accuracy, is prone to deviation, produces rough cut surfaces, and yields parts of inconsistent dimensions.
2. The cutting machine has low efficiency, resulting in the inability to cut the product blanks, which compromises production output.
3. Vertical reciprocating saws produce wide kerfs, resulting in significant material waste and a large amount of scrap.
