Hubei customer signs contract for building exterior wall insulation board project (production).

Recently, a customer from Hubei Province reached a cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Hengde on an exterior wall insulation panel project. After conducting on-site inspections and gaining a thorough understanding of the equipment manufacturing processes at Hengde’s production base, the company’s highly skilled technical staff provided hands-on training and on-site support to the customer, earning their trust and recognition. Leveraging the customer’s specific needs, Guangzhou Hengde’s service team customized a detailed system for raw material formulation and an optimized equipment layout plan, thereby accelerating the project’s implementation.

External wall insulation, as a crucial component of building energy conservation, is particularly important in the Hubei region. Given the region's climatic characteristics—such as high temperatures and humidity in summer, damp and cold conditions with frequent fog in winter, and short transitional seasons marked by large temperature fluctuations—there is strong market demand for external wall insulation board products. This demand holds significant potential for promoting local building energy savings, emission reductions, carbon reduction, and overall improvement in housing quality. In recent years, Hubei has continuously introduced relevant policies to strengthen quality management of external wall insulation projects and vigorously promote the use of external wall insulation products that excel in both energy efficiency and fire resistance.

In late November, a customer from Hubei visited Hengde’s production base to learn about upgrade and renovation plans for insulation board equipment. The customer’s factory is still using traditional reciprocating saws, which result in uneven stress on thin boards, significant cutting deviations, and high material waste—conditions that can no longer meet current production precision requirements.

The Guangzhou Hengde exterior wall insulation board equipment employs a brand-new cutting technology that ensures cutting accuracy remains stable within ±1 mm. It can effortlessly cut insulation boards with a thickness of 3 cm, as well as various types of boards—including cement foam insulation boards, rockwool boards, EPS particle boards, and ceramsite composite insulation boards. This cutting technology enables the stable, large-scale production of ultra-thin insulation board products, empowering customers to take on high-end construction projects with stringent requirements for product precision and specifications.
