Inner Mongolia Customer’s Large-Scale Lightweight Brick Production Line Project

On January 14, 2026, a customer from Inner Mongolia reached a cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Hengde for a large-scale lightweight brick production line. The customer is a listed, large-scale commercial concrete group in the local area. Leveraging the region’s abundant mineral powder and fly ash resources, the customer is planning to develop a lightweight wall material project. After examining and comparing proposals from several equipment manufacturers in Henan, Shandong, and other regions, the customer visited Guangzhou Hengde for an on-site inspection.
The customer placed particular emphasis on the compatibility of production raw materials, process stability, product cutting quality, and the level of equipment automation. After in-depth technical discussions and on-site visits to the production line, the customer highly praised the precision, stability, and overall feasibility of Hengde Gantry Cutting Systems and immediately signed a cooperation agreement on the spot.
The core equipment for this collaboration includes the CLC foaming technology formulation and multiple sets of Hengde gantry cutting systems (single-lane, three-lane, and five-lane flat saws), designed to meet their needs for scalable and flexible production. Following the signing of the agreement, Hengde will proceed according to plan with equipment manufacturing, commissioning, and training, ensuring that the customer’s project is smoothly put into operation.
