Large-Scale Lightweight Brick Production Line Project for a Client in Inner Mongolia

On January 14, 2026, a customer from Inner Mongolia entered into a cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Hengde for the construction of a large-scale lightweight brick production line. The customer is a major publicly listed commercial concrete group in the region. Leveraging the area’s abundant mineral powder and fly ash resources to develop a lightweight wall‑material project, the company conducted on-site visits to Guangzhou Hengde after evaluating and comparing proposals from numerous equipment manufacturers in Henan, Shandong, and other provinces.
The customer placed particular emphasis on the compatibility of production raw materials, process stability, product‑cutting quality, and the level of equipment automation. Following in-depth technical discussions and a site visit to the production line, the customer expressed strong approval of Hengde’s gantry‑type cutting system’s precision, stability, and the overall feasibility of the proposed solution, and signed a cooperation agreement on the spot.
The core equipment for this collaboration includes the CLC foaming technology formulation and multiple Hengde gantry‑type cutting systems—featuring single‑lane, three‑lane, and five‑lane flat‑cut saws—to meet the customer’s needs for large‑scale, flexible production. Following the signing of the agreement, Hengde will proceed as scheduled with equipment manufacturing, commissioning, and training, ensuring the smooth start-up of the customer’s project.
