Large-Scale Lightweight Brick Production Line Project for a Client in Inner Mongolia (Shipment)

On January 14, 2026, a client from Inner Mongolia entered into a cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Hengde for the supply of a large-scale lightweight brick production line. The client is a locally listed major ready-mixed concrete group that, leveraging the region’s abundant mineral powder and fly ash resources, is seeking to develop a lightweight wall-materials project. After evaluating and comparing solutions from several equipment manufacturers in Henan, Shandong, and other provinces, the client visited Guangzhou Hengde for an on-site inspection.
The customer placed particular emphasis on the compatibility of production raw materials, process stability, product cutting quality, and the level of equipment automation. Following in-depth technical discussions and a site visit to the production line, the customer expressed high appreciation for the precision, stability, and overall feasibility of Hengde’s gantry cutting system, and signed a cooperation agreement on the spot.
The core equipment for this collaboration includes the CLC foam-forming formulation and multiple sets of Hengde gantry cutting systems—ranging from single-track, three-track, to five-track flat-sawing machines—to meet the customer’s needs for scalable and flexible production. Following the signing of the agreement, Hengde will proceed according to schedule with equipment manufacturing, commissioning, and training, ensuring the smooth start-up of the customer’s project.
