A customer from Côte d’Ivoire, Africa, has signed a contract for a lightweight block production line project (installation).

Recently, a client from Côte d’Ivoire in Africa signed a contract with Guangzhou Hengde Company for a lightweight block production line with a daily capacity of approximately 300–400 cubic meters. The project is slated to expand into lightweight wall panel production, enabling integrated manufacturing of both lightweight blocks and partition panels.

The client is based in Fujian and operates in the domestic construction engineering sector, with extensive experience in project management and building‑material construction. In recent years, the company has been actively expanding its overseas operations and plans to establish a building‑materials industrial park in Côte d’Ivoire, encompassing industries such as cement, steel, stone, glass, bricks and tiles, and concrete, for which it has secured favorable local policies.

Last July, the client made a special visit to Hengde’s headquarters factory and expressed high praise for the cutting precision, level of automation, and process flow of the entire production line. Following the inspection, they moved into the project’s preliminary preparation phase, traveling to Côte d’Ivoire in Africa to study local investment policies, company registration procedures, and site‑selection planning. After a year of preparation, in mid-September the client contacted the company’s project manager again and came to Hengde’s headquarters to discuss cooperation. After thoroughly reviewing the project details, confirming the plant‑construction plan, and finalizing the key equipment list and core process flows, they ultimately signed the formal project contract with Guangzhou Hengde.

In early December, the customer’s customized equipment was completed, and four ocean‑freight containers were dispatched in a single shipment. The shipment included core production‑line equipment such as molds, mixers, stacking and palletizing machines, double‑lane rotary vertical cutting saws, peeling machines, and foaming machines. The company ensured timely and smooth delivery in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
