A customer from Côte d'Ivoire in Africa signs a project for a lightweight block production line.

Recently, a customer from Côte d'Ivoire in Africa signed a project contract with Guangzhou Hengde Company for a lightweight block production line capable of producing approximately 300 to 400 cubic meters per day. In the future, the project will also expand into lightweight wall panel production, enabling integrated manufacturing of both lightweight blocks and partition panels.

The client is from Fujian and operates in China’s domestic engineering construction industry, boasting extensive experience in project management and building material construction. In recent years, the company has been actively expanding its overseas business, with plans to establish a建材 (building materials) industrial park in Côte d'Ivoire. This park will encompass industries such as cement, steel, stone materials, glass, bricks and tiles, as well as concrete—and has already secured supportive local government policies.

Last July, the client made a special trip to Hengde’s headquarters factory, expressing high appreciation for the cutting precision, automation level, and process flow of the entire production line equipment. Following the site visit, they moved into the early stages of project preparation, traveling to Côte d'Ivoire in Africa to gain insights into local investment policies, corporate registration procedures, and factory site-selection strategies. After a year of meticulous planning, the client reached out again to the company’s project manager in mid-September, visiting Hengde’s headquarters once more to discuss potential collaboration. After thoroughly reviewing the project details, confirming the plant construction plan, and finalizing the critical core components of the equipment list and process flow, the client officially signed the project contract with Guangzhou Hengde.
