A customer from Côte d'Ivoire in Africa has signed a contract for a lightweight block production line project (shipped).

Recently, a customer from Côte d'Ivoire in Africa signed a contract with Guangzhou Hengde Company for a lightweight block production line project with a daily output of approximately 300 to 400 cubic meters. In the future, this project will also expand into lightweight wall panel production, enabling integrated manufacturing of lightweight blocks and partition wall panels.

The client is based in Fujian and operates in the domestic construction engineering industry, boasting extensive experience in project management and construction of building materials. In recent years, the company has been actively expanding its overseas business and plans to establish a building materials industrial park in Côte d'Ivoire, covering industries such as cement, steel, stone, glass, bricks and tiles, and concrete. The company has also secured favorable local government policies to support this initiative.

Last July, the client made a special visit to Hengde’s headquarters factory and expressed high appreciation for the cutting accuracy, automation level, and process flow of the entire production line equipment. Following the site inspection, the project entered the preliminary preparation phase, during which the team traveled to Côte d'Ivoire in Africa to gain an understanding of local investment policies, corporate registration procedures, and factory site-selection planning. After a year of preparation, in mid-September, the client once again contacted the company’s project manager and came to Hengde’s headquarters to discuss cooperation. After thoroughly reviewing the project details, confirming the plant construction plan, and identifying the key core components of the equipment list and process flow, the client finally signed the formal project contract with Guangzhou Hengde.

In early December, the customer’s customized equipment was completed, and we arranged for four ocean-going shipping containers to be dispatched in quick succession. The shipment included core production-line equipment such as molds, mixers, stacker-palletizers, dual-track rotary vertical cutting saws, peeling machines, and foaming machines. The company successfully shipped the goods on time according to the customer’s requirements.
