Southeast Asia – Indonesia Customer Lightweight Brick Equipment Production Line Project (Shipment)

Recently, a leading Indonesian cement products company officially signed an agreement with Guangzhou Hengde to jointly build an automated production line for lightweight bricks.

The client has been deeply entrenched in the local cement industry for many years. Leveraging a profound understanding of the Indonesian building‑materials market, they have identified the strong, growing demand for lightweight bricks (aerated concrete blocks) and plan to capitalize on their proprietary raw‑material supply chain and distribution network to establish a state‑of‑the‑art production facility for lightweight bricks.

With a surge in infrastructure and residential projects across Indonesia, traditional clay bricks are facing constraints, driving a year-on-year spike in demand for lightweight, eco-friendly masonry units. Compared with conventional manufacturing methods, Hengde’s production line features non‑autoclaved curing, high levels of automation, and cutting precision within ±1 mm. It efficiently utilizes local raw materials such as cement, fly ash, and slag, yielding products with high strength, standardized dimensions, and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation—fully compliant with local building codes.

Guangzhou Hengde will provide end-to-end services, including complete line solutions, equipment, installation and commissioning, and technical training, helping customers achieve rapid production start-up while reducing costs and improving efficiency. This collaboration marks another flagship project for Hengde in the Southeast Asian market, further solidifying the company’s leading position in the overseas lightweight building‑materials equipment sector.
