Cambodian Customer’s 100-cubic-meter-per-day Lightweight Brick Production Line Project

In late May 2025, a Cambodian customer finalized an online negotiation and signed a procurement contract with Guangzhou Hengde for a lightweight aggregate block production line. Following an on-site inspection in early April, the company’s project team and technical experts engaged in a month-and-a-half-long exchange of technical details with the client. After carefully comparing offerings from industry peers, the customer ultimately placed their trust in Hengde, impressed by its robust technological capabilities and comprehensive service solutions.
On April 9, a delegation of Cambodian clients visited Hengde’s production base to conduct an in-depth inspection of the entire block‑manufacturing process. During the cutting‑stage demonstration, Hengde’s technical team showcased the equipment’s precise cutting capabilities across various block specifications, with dimensional tolerances consistently below 1 millimeter. The equipment’s process stability and the resulting product quality earned high praise from the clients. Throughout the visit, both sides engaged in thorough discussions on key topics such as automated feeding systems, product‑cutting requirements, and blank‑stacking technologies. In response to the specific needs of the Southeast Asian market, Hengde presented a localized plant‑construction investment plan that effectively addresses clients’ dual priorities: production efficiency and compliance with local standards.
In mid-August, the customer’s custom-built complete automated lightweight brick production line was shipped on schedule.
