A customer from Ordos, Inner Mongolia, has ordered a lightweight block production line (currently being installed).

In early July, Guangzhou Hengde officially signed an agreement with a solid-waste recycling enterprise in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, to build a fully automated lightweight block production line capable of producing 300 cubic meters per day. This project marks a landmark implementation of Hengde equipment in the Northwest China market—it not only fills the technological gap in large-scale disposal of local construction waste but also aligns with the nation’s “Dual Carbon” goals by adopting an industry model that turns waste into valuable resources, offering an innovative solution for resource-based cities undergoing transformation.

During their visit to the production base, customers from Inner Mongolia observed the cutting process of Hengde's newly developed three-stage vertical saw, which achieves a cutting accuracy within ±1mm, ensuring high product quality and minimal material waste. They also gained insights into the key procedures and process flows of the entire production line, including mixing, pouring, cutting, and palletizing.

Inner Mongolia, a key coal-producing region in China, is now facing the significant challenge of rapidly increasing fly ash generation. According to statistics, the autonomous region of Inner Mongolia emits more than 30 million tons of fly ash annually. To address this issue, Inner Mongolia has been fully committed to the comprehensive utilization of fly ash, introducing numerous supportive policies for the integrated use of coal gangue and fly ash. These policies encourage enterprises to adopt cutting-edge technologies and develop new industries, transforming industrial solid waste into innovative building materials.
