Inner Mongolia Ordos customer ordered lightweight block production line (shipping in progress)

In early July, Guangzhou Hengde officially signed a contract with a solid waste recycling company in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, to build a fully automated lightweight block production line with a daily output of 300 cubic meters. This project is a benchmark case for Hengde equipment in the Northwest market, not only filling the technical gap in large-scale disposal of local construction solid waste but also responding to the national "dual carbon" goals with an industry model of "turning waste into treasure," providing innovative solutions for the transformation of resource-based cities.

During the inspection of the production base by the Inner Mongolia client, they observed the cutting process of Hengde's newly developed three-stage vertical cutting saw, which achieves cutting accuracy within ±1mm, high product quality, and minimal cutting loss. They also learned about the key processes and workflows of the entire production line, including mixing, casting, cutting, and stacking.

Inner Mongolia, as an important coal base in China, faces the challenge of a significant increase in fly ash production. According to statistics, the annual fly ash emissions in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region reach more than 30 million tons. Inner Mongolia has been comprehensively committed to the comprehensive utilization of fly ash, introducing many support policies for the comprehensive use of coal gangue and fly ash, encouraging enterprises to introduce new technologies and develop new industries to turn industrial solid waste into new building materials.

The Hengde lightweight brick equipment production line can utilize solid waste materials such as fly ash and coal gangue to help customers achieve solid waste reuse, local sourcing, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement, realizing customized production with a "one factory, one policy" approach, and providing services such as technical training, remote support, and after-sales.
