Solution for converting the square molds of Aksu’s self-insulating block production line to long-mold boxes.

Recently, Guangzhou Hengdejian and a client from Aksu, Xinjiang, have formally established a deep partnership, signing a cooperation agreement for the “Production Process Project to Convert Square Molds to Long Molds on the Self-Insulating Block Production Line.” At present, the project’s deposit has been successfully received, marking the official entry of this production line upgrade and renovation project into its substantive implementation phase.

It is understood that the customer’s existing production line primarily relied on reciprocating saw‑cutting equipment manufactured in Henan. Over prolonged use, this older equipment has increasingly revealed a series of intractable bottlenecks: inconsistent cutting accuracy resulting in poor product dimensional compliance; low overall throughput, which fails to meet the demands of large‑scale orders; and a low level of automation, leading to persistently high labor costs. These issues have severely constrained the customer’s ability to further expand in the local market.

Technicians conduct an on-site inspection at the customer’s facility to identify issues with the existing production line.

Following an on-site inspection of the customer’s renovation project in Kashgar, Guangzhou Hengde was selected to collaborate on a technological upgrade of the factory’s production line. By upgrading from conventional square molds to long molds, the single‑cycle output has increased significantly. Coupled with Hengde’s highly efficient automated production system, this solution will fully address the customer’s challenge of “inability to achieve high‑volume production.” Through a comprehensive technological overhaul of the entire production line, the company will make the leap from “manufacturing” to “intelligent manufacturing.”
