Aksum Client Signs Agreement for Solution to Convert Self-Insulating Block Production Line Mold from Square to Long-Box Design

Recently, Guangzhou Hengde Construction entered into a formal, in-depth cooperation agreement with a client from Aksu, Xinjiang, for the “Production Process Upgrade Project to Convert Square Molds to Long Molds on the Self-Insulating Block Production Line.” To date, the project deposit has been successfully received, marking the official transition of this production-line upgrade and renovation project into the substantive implementation phase.

According to available information, the customer’s existing production line primarily relied on reciprocating saw-cutting equipment manufactured in Henan Province. Over prolonged operation, this legacy equipment has progressively revealed a series of intractable bottlenecks: inconsistent cutting accuracy resulting in substandard product quality; low overall production capacity that fails to meet the demands of large-scale orders; and a low level of automation, which keeps labor costs stubbornly high. These issues have severely constrained the customer’s further expansion in the local market.

Technical personnel conduct a site survey at the customer’s factory to identify issues with the existing production line.

Following an on-site assessment of the customer’s renovation project in Kashgar, Hengde was selected to collaborate on a technological upgrade of the factory’s production equipment and lines. By upgrading from conventional square molds to long molds, the per-cycle molding capacity has increased substantially. Coupled with Hengde’s highly efficient automated production system, this solution will comprehensively address the customer’s challenge of “inability to achieve high-volume production.” Through the comprehensive technological upgrade of the entire production line, the customer will make a transformative leap from “manufacturing” to “intelligent manufacturing.”
