European Albanian Client Signs Cooperation Agreement for a Lightweight Brick Production Line Project (Shipment)

A client team from Albania traveled to our company for an intensive, multi-day on-site assessment. Following a comprehensive evaluation of our equipment performance, production processes, and overall corporate strength, they ultimately decided to establish a strategic partnership with Guangzhou Hengde, procuring a highly automated lightweight brick production line to jointly tap into the European green building materials market.
During the site visit, the project manager from Guangzhou Hengde provided the client team with a detailed overview of the complete production process for lightweight bricks and offered an in-depth analysis of the key features and technological advantages of the company’s core equipment. To enable the client to gain a more tangible sense of the equipment’s performance, a live demonstration of Hengde’s eighth-generation servo‑controlled cutting machine was conducted on-site.
In response to the customer’s stringent requirements for cutting precision, Hengde’s technical team demonstrated on-site the exceptional performance of its eighth‑generation cutting machine. Thanks to its advanced servo CNC system, the equipment’s lifting speed, spindle speed, and wire speed have all increased by more than twofold, while cutting errors are tightly controlled within ±1 mm and the kerf width is just 2 mm. Observing the workpiece maintain smooth, stable cutting even at high speeds, with finished parts exhibiting crisp edges and precise dimensions, the customer repeatedly praised Hengde’s equipment for its outstanding accuracy and stability, and immediately expressed strong approval of its impressive production capacity and low‑loss advantages.
Prior to this collaboration, the Albanian client conducted a comprehensive comparative evaluation of several domestic manufacturers of lightweight brick production equipment. After thoroughly assessing factors such as equipment performance, technical expertise, after-sales support, and project track record, they ultimately chose to partner with Guangzhou Hengde.
