Eastern European Albanian customer signs cooperation agreement (installation) for equipment purchase.
Recently, Guangzhou Hengde signed an equipment purchase contract with a customer from Albania in Eastern Europe. The customer had come to the Canton Fair and found our factory online. We successfully arranged for the customer to visit our factory on Monday. Later, we learned that the customer was looking for equipment to invest in the construction of a lightweight brick plant.
Guangzhou Hengde Company meets customer needs through technological visualization, customized solutions, and highly efficient responsiveness.
1. Arrange for a technical team or engineer to accompany the visit, with a focus on demonstrating the production equipment for lightweight bricks and highlighting its technological advantages (such as energy efficiency, high productivity, and advanced automation).
II. Prepare case study materials, especially those involving collaborations with emerging markets in Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and South America, to enhance customer trust.
3. Provide translation services (if required) and arrange dedicated transportation to and from the client’s location, demonstrating attentive and thoughtful service.
4. Prepare tea breaks that align with the customer’s dietary habits to avoid discomfort caused by cultural differences.
In early September, the production line for lightweight bricks with a capacity of 100 cubic meters per day, ordered by an Albanian customer, has been loaded onto trucks and shipped.
In mid-November, the company’s technical staff arrived at the customer’s factory to provide guidance on equipment installation.
