A customer from Kazakhstan in Central Asia has once again placed an order for a block-cutting machine to upgrade their factory.

In early February, a customer from Kazakhstan in Central Asia recently reached a cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Hengde Company and placed an order for key equipment for a lightweight block production line. This collaboration marks an important step for the Kazakh customer’s block factory as it transitions from traditional production processes to intelligent and highly efficient operations.

In early December, the customer visited the Hengde production base again and reached an agreement to add an automated block-cutting machine production line, which will be used for upgrading and modernizing the factory’s existing equipment.

Current status of the customer’s factory’s old production line

A Kazakhstani customer previously purchased equipment from a company in Henan Province, China, but the equipment has been unable to function properly. The old equipment suffered from issues such as low cutting output, significant dimensional inaccuracies, and excessive waste. Therefore, when selecting equipment, one should not focus solely on price while neglecting quality and subsequent maintenance costs.
The new-generation lightweight block cutting machine developed by Hengde boasts outstanding performance in product cutting accuracy, durability, and energy efficiency. It not only boosts production efficiency at customers’ factories but also helps reduce production costs and time.
