Inner Mongolia customer multi-functional lightweight block equipment production line put into production

Recently, a lightweight masonry block equipment production line for a customer in Inner Mongolia has been successfully put into operation. This versatile equipment can produce lightweight bricks, self-insulating blocks, or partition boards, achieving the dual goals of resource utilization of solid waste and green building materials production in the region.

I. Project Progress

Equipment Installation and Technical Support

Hengde Company dispatched a professional team to complete the installation and commissioning of the production line, using fully automatic intelligent numerical control operation to ensure efficient and stable production. Currently, the production line has successfully entered the mass production stage, with daily output steadily meeting local market demand.

Raw Material Matching and Environmental Benefits

The production line makes full use of Inner Mongolia's abundant resources of fly ash, tailings, and other solid waste. Through Hengde equipment, solid waste is converted to produce lightweight bricks and self-insulating blocks, meeting the requirements of national green building policies.

II. Market and Economic Benefits

Demand Matching: The local market has a strong demand for lightweight partition boards and self-insulating blocks, and the products from the production line are in short supply after commissioning.

Cost Advantage: The utilization of solid waste resources significantly reduces raw material costs, and combined with the efficient production of Hengde automated equipment (such as automatic metering and mixing systems), improves overall profitability.

III. Technological Highlights

Versatile Equipment: The equipment can flexibly switch between producing blocks and partition boards to meet diverse order demands.

Customized Service: Hengde provides full-process support from factory planning to technical training, including operation and maintenance guidance and after-sales response.

IV. Policy Support

Inner Mongolia has issued a catalog for the promotion of building insulation technology, and policy support for energy-efficient building materials is expected to increase, further consolidating the project's sustainability.

This project, through a "solid waste + intelligent production" model, has become a benchmark case for green building development in the region.
