Mongolian customer signs cooperation for lightweight block and partition panel production line (equipment arrived at customer's factory)

Guangzhou Hengde has reached a cooperation agreement with a Mongolian customer for the purchase of lightweight block and partition board production equipment, conducting an in-depth visit to Hengde's factory and understanding the project. This cooperation marks a new breakthrough for Guangzhou Hengde in expanding into the Central Asian and "Belt and Road" markets.

Based on Guangzhou Hengde's core advantages in the field of CLC foam concrete block equipment, the company can provide Mongolian customers with a high-precision production line using the German LUCA process, with cutting accuracy controlled within ±1mm, and energy consumption reduced by more than 30% compared to traditional autoclaved aerated block equipment. The production line configuration is customized according to customer needs, with multi-purpose equipment capable of producing various environmentally friendly lightweight bricks, partition boards, self-insulating blocks, and other products, meeting the local lightweight wall material market demand.

The customer is a large local group building materials enterprise established in 2000, with business covering infrastructure construction, energy development, oil trade, food production, and other fields, owning 10 subsidiaries and 1,500 employees.

Regarding Mongolia's environmental requirements for building materials, the focus is on showcasing the characteristics of lightweight wall materials produced by the equipment: raw materials use fly ash and industrial waste slag, meeting circular economy standards, and the products have excellent thermal insulation and energy-saving performance.

In mid-September, the equipment was delivered to the customer's factory, and the company's technical staff promptly arrived to carry out subsequent equipment installation and technical training services.
