Mongolian customers sign a cooperation agreement for a lightweight block and partition wall panel production line (currently under installation).

Guangzhou Hengde has partnered with a client from Mongolia to purchase equipment for producing lightweight blocks and partition wall panels, accompanied by an in-depth visit to Hengde's factory and a thorough understanding of the project. This collaboration marks a significant breakthrough for Guangzhou Hengde as it expands into Central Asia and the "Belt and Road" markets.

Leveraging Guangzhou Hengde's core strengths in CLC foam concrete block equipment, the company can provide customers in Outer Mongolia with a high-precision production line based on Germany's LUCA technology. This line boasts cutting accuracy with errors controlled within ±1mm, while also achieving energy consumption that is more than 30% lower compared to conventional autoclaved aerated concrete equipment. Tailored to meet specific customer needs, the production line features versatile functionality, enabling the manufacturing of a wide range of eco-friendly, lightweight bricks, partition panels, and self-insulating blocks—perfectly suited to the local demand for lightweight wall materials.

This client is a large-scale, locally-based building materials enterprise established in 2000. Its business spans infrastructure construction, energy development, oil trading, food production, and other sectors. The company has 10 subsidiaries and employs 1,500 people.

Regarding Mongolia's environmental requirements for construction materials, we highlight the key features of our lightweight wall products manufactured using equipment that incorporates fly ash and industrial waste as raw materials—aligning with circular economy standards—and delivering superior thermal insulation and energy-saving performance.

In mid-September, the equipment was delivered to the customer's factory, and the company's technical staff arrived promptly to carry out the subsequent equipment installation and provide technical training services.
