Mongolia Customer Lightweight Block and Partition Panel Production Line Cooperation Project

Guangzhou Hengde has entered into a cooperation agreement with a Mongolian client for the purchase of equipment to produce lightweight masonry blocks and partition wall panels, and conducted an in-depth visit to Hengde’s factory to gain a thorough understanding of the project. This collaboration marks a significant breakthrough for Guangzhou Hengde in expanding its presence in the Central Asian market and the Belt and Road Initiative.

Leveraging Guangzhou Hengde’s core competencies in CLC foam concrete block equipment, the company is able to provide customers in Mongolia with high-precision block production lines based on the German LUCA process, featuring cutting accuracy within ±1 mm and energy consumption more than 30% lower than that of conventional autoclaved aerated concrete block equipment. Tailored to specific customer requirements, these production lines are multi-functional, capable of manufacturing a wide range of eco-friendly lightweight bricks, partition panels, self-insulating blocks, and other products that meet local market demand for lightweight wall materials.

This client is a large, locally headquartered building-materials conglomerate founded in 2000, with operations spanning infrastructure development, energy exploration, oil trading, food production, and other sectors. The group has 10 subsidiaries and employs 1,500 people.

In response to Mongolia’s environmental requirements for construction materials, the exhibit highlights the key features of the equipment-produced lightweight wall products: they are manufactured using fly ash and industrial waste residues, thereby meeting circular economy standards, and deliver superior thermal insulation and energy-saving performance.

In mid-September, the equipment was delivered to the customer’s plant, and our company’s technical personnel promptly arrived on site to carry out subsequent equipment installation and provide technical training services.
