The Guangzhou Hengde CLC lightweight block production line has been shipped to Indonesia, with the entire set of equipment dispatched in one shipment.
A production line for lightweight brick equipment, ordered by a customer in Indonesia, has been shipped. The line includes key machinery such as a demolding machine, a skin‑removal machine, a block‑cutting machine, and a mixer, and it employs a physical foaming process without autoclaving. Customized to suit local raw material characteristics, the equipment has now been loaded onto trucks. In the coming days, our company’s technical team will provide on-site installation guidance and production training at the customer’s facility.
On October 13, 2026, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. completed the shipment of a CLC lightweight block production line for an Indonesian customer. The entire production line was dispatched in a single consignment, totaling three truckloads, providing the customer with the necessary equipment to facilitate on-site installation and preparatory production activities.
The production line shipped to Indonesia employs CLC foam concrete technology, which eliminates the need for autoclaving, and is equipped with Hengde’s eighth-generation cutting system for manufacturing lightweight masonry blocks. As a critical component of the entire line, the cutting system works in tandem with the front-end billet‑forming and conveying stages to precisely dimension the blocks.
From the initial feasibility studies and partnership confirmation to the recent shipment of the entire production line, the project has steadily entered the delivery and implementation phase. For overseas plant‑construction projects, equipment dispatch does not mark the end of service; subsequent installation and production‑line training are equally critical steps in ensuring successful project execution.
Upon the equipment’s arrival at the customer’s site, Hengde engineers will coordinate on‑site installation and, following completion, conduct production training to help the customer become familiar with equipment operation, production processes, and routine maintenance considerations, thereby ensuring smooth commissioning.
Guangzhou Hengde will continue to monitor the implementation progress of this Indonesian project, ensuring seamless coordination between equipment installation and personnel training, and assisting the client in advancing the construction of the lightweight block production line.
