During this visit, the client delegation sought to gain a deeper understanding of the production equipment and process configurations for lightweight bricks, lightweight blocks, and related wall‑material projects. Ghana’s local construction market remains in a phase of growth, with sustained demand for wall materials driven by residential development, urban renewal, and infrastructure initiatives. For clients planning to establish building‑materials production facilities in the region, key considerations during the preliminary assessment include equipment reliability, compliance of product dimensions with industry standards, and the adequacy of after‑sales support.
That day, the client’s delegation first held a project briefing with the Guangzhou Hengde team. The two sides discussed a range of topics, including local raw material conditions in Ghana, product application areas, equipment configuration, production capacity planning, labor allocation, and subsequent installation and training. The client was particularly concerned about whether the production line could accommodate local materials once operational, maintain stable production, and meet the demands of future engineering projects or market supply.
Subsequently, the client delegation visited the factory site to inspect the relevant production equipment and the overall line configuration. By gaining firsthand insights into the equipment’s design, operational procedures, and the seamless integration of each process step, the client developed a clearer, more intuitive understanding of the entire production flow for lightweight building materials—spanning raw material processing, mixing and pouring, molding and curing, to final cutting and product finishing.
During this inspection, the customer focused on the cutting process. As a critical step in the production of lightweight bricks and blocks, cutting directly affects the finished product’s dimensions, surface flatness, and its performance in subsequent construction applications. After observing the operation of the cutting equipment and evaluating the quality of the finished products on-site, the customer gained a more concrete understanding of the Hengde cutting system’s stability and real-world performance.
For the Ghanaian client, this visit was not merely about inspecting the equipment’s appearance; rather, it aimed to verify through on-site evaluation whether the production line is suitable for implementation in the local project. From initial proposal discussions and a factory tour of the equipment to an on-site inspection of the cutting process, the client gained a deeper understanding of Guangzhou Hengde’s equipment configuration, manufacturing processes, and project‑related services.
Going forward, Guangzhou Hengde will continue to work with its Ghanaian customers to refine their lightweight building‑material production line configurations, taking into account their raw material specifications, site layout, product roadmap, and capacity requirements.
