The customer had previously visited Hengde to conduct an on-site assessment of the lightweight brick production equipment, manufacturing processes, product varieties, and cutting performance. Following this initial inspection, they gained a preliminary understanding of Guangzhou Hengde’s lightweight brick production line—its equipment configuration, process flow, and cutting system. On this latest visit, the focus shifted from merely evaluating the equipment to further verifying the project’s configuration details in preparation for subsequent procurement.
During the communication process, the customer focused on key issues such as the equipment configuration of the lightweight brick production line, capacity planning, raw material compatibility, product specification control, the level of automation, and post‑installation training.
