Ghanaian Client Signs Contract for Guangzhou Hengde Foam Concrete Block Production Line Project
On April 28, 2026, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. officially entered into a cooperation agreement with a Ghanaian client, successfully securing the contract for a foam concrete block production line project. This signing marks the formal transition of the collaboration into the project implementation phase and further underscores the growing recognition of Guangzhou Hengde’s lightweight building-materials equipment in the African market.
On April 28, 2026, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. officially entered into a cooperation agreement with a Ghanaian client, successfully securing the contract for a foam concrete block production line project. This signing marks the formal transition of the collaboration into the project implementation phase and further underscores the growing recognition of Guangzhou Hengde’s lightweight building-materials equipment in the African market.
The client plans to establish a foam concrete block production project in Ghana, with a strong focus on local building-material market demand, raw-material compatibility, equipment reliability, and post-commissioning production efficiency. In alignment with the client’s project plan, the Guangzhou Hengde team conducted detailed discussions—based on the local Ghanaian market conditions—on foam concrete block manufacturing processes, production-line configuration, plant layout, and subsequent commissioning strategies.
Foamed concrete blocks are lightweight, thermally insulating, and easy to install, making them suitable for a wide range of construction applications, including residential buildings, industrial plants, and public facilities. In the African market, establishing production lines for lightweight blocks using local raw materials such as sand, cement, and fly ash can help reduce transportation costs and enhance the capacity for locally sourced building materials.
The foam concrete block production line signed in this agreement will be configured to meet the customer’s specific requirements, covering raw material batching, mixing and foaming, pouring and molding, curing, cutting, and associated conveying systems. Guangzhou Hengde will provide end-to-end turnkey services, ranging from solution design and equipment manufacturing to installation, commissioning, and technical training, to ensure the smooth implementation and commissioning of the customer’s project.
In recent years, driven by the ongoing development of infrastructure and the housing market in Africa, the prospects for the application of lightweight building materials in local markets have continued to expand. Guangzhou Hengde will continue to leverage its extensive expertise in lightweight block production equipment, lightweight wall panel equipment, and turnkey production line solutions to provide more overseas customers with reliable, efficient, and locally tailored production equipment.
