Uzbekistan customer visits the factory to learn equipment operation | Hengde ensures smooth overseas project commissioning through training and delivery guarantees.

On January 6, 2026, a customer from Uzbekistan visited the Guangzhou Hengde factory to receive hands-on training on the operation of foam concrete (CLC) block equipment and to learn about the production process. For overseas projects, whether the equipment can be quickly put into use and produce reliably is often even more critical than simply “getting the equipment.” Therefore, after the customer pays the deposit, Hengde will prioritize arranging for them to come to the factory for training, enabling them to thoroughly master and practice the production operations in advance.

This training session takes the actual production process as its main thread, starting from raw material feeding, measurement, foaming and mixing, and proceeding to a demonstration of the pouring process, as well as explanations of process transitions and key parameters. Engineers provide hands-on guidance right beside the equipment, ensuring that customers thoroughly grasp the operational logic, important precautions, and common troubleshooting methods for each stage. During the training, customers also take the opportunity to align their understanding with their own factory conditions, gaining early insights into the process rhythm and personnel allocation strategies they’ll need to implement once the system is put into operation.

Hengde adheres to the principle of “master the process first, then take the equipment away.” Once the equipment is manufactured and shipped to the customer’s site, Hengde engineers will accompany the equipment on-site for installation and commissioning. They will also provide follow-up second-phase training during the production launch phase, ensuring that from “being able to operate” to “achieving stable mass production,” the entire process is truly streamlined and effective.
