Guangzhou Hengde’s dual-track gantry rotary cutting machine, having undergone innovative improvements from the first-generation design to the eighth-generation model, demonstrates outstanding performance in the production of lightweight blocks. It can cut four blanks at a time and is equipped with a servo CNC system that ensures precise cutting, effectively boosting productivity and reducing waste.

1. The servo CNC system controls cutting dimension errors within ±1 mm and allows flexible adjustment of cutting specifications according to demand.
2. Dual-track design allows cutting four blanks at once; stable and high-speed operation significantly boosts production capacity.

3. Ultra-narrow 2mm saw kerf significantly reduces material waste; improved chip removal and blade design extend service life and reduce maintenance needs.

4. The finished product has a smooth cut surface, well-defined sharp edges, no chipped corners, and excellent surface quality.

This equipment is particularly well-suited for manufacturers producing lightweight concrete wall materials in bulk, such as lightweight blocks (aerated blocks), EPS self-insulating blocks, and expanded clay blocks.
