Uzbekistan customer signs a contract for Hengde CLC/EPS lightweight block production line.

On December 13, 2025, the Uzbek customer officially signed a contract with Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. for a lightweight wall material equipment project. The customer plans to build a local production line for lightweight blocks, with products covering CLC (foam concrete) lightweight blocks and EPS lightweight blocks.

On December 13, 2025, the Uzbek customer officially signed a contract with Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. for a lightweight wall material equipment project. The customer plans to build a lightweight block production line locally, with products covering CLC (foam concrete) lightweight blocks and EPS lightweight blocks.

During this inspection, the customer spent two days at Hengde’s factory conducting equipment evaluations and discussing project proposals. Previously, the customer had compared several domestic equipment solutions (including manufacturers of circular saws and reciprocating saws), but ultimately chose Hengde. The key reasons for this decision were: the equipment’s precision—cutting tolerances are less than 1 millimeter—and its high cutting speed, with single-mold cutting taking only 3 minutes. The customer was particularly satisfied with Hengde’s comprehensive solution for lightweight block projects, which covers everything from plant layout and formula optimization to equipment selection, packaging and shipping, as well as installation and training.

After signing the contract, Hengde will proceed as planned with equipment manufacturing, shipping, installation, commissioning, and training services to help the customer successfully launch and operate their project. The customer already has a relevant industrial base in Uzbekistan, and the addition of this new lightweight wall material production line will further enhance its product portfolio in the construction materials sector.
