Uzbekistan clients investigate Guangzhou Hengde
On May 11, 2025, a delegation from a porous brick manufacturing enterprise in Uzbekistan visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. to inspect new block production equipment. Driven by the increasing demand for high-strength, lightweight wall materials in the local construction market, the enterprise seeks to upgrade its existing production line.
On May 11, 2025, a delegation from a porous brick manufacturing enterprise in Uzbekistan visited Guangzhou Hengde Building Science and Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct a field investigation of new-type block production equipment. Driven by the increasing demand for high-strength, lightweight wall materials in the local construction market, the enterprise sought to upgrade its existing production line.
During the meeting, the Hengde team showcased case studies of customized production lines for enterprises in Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and other regions, highlighting the equipment's adaptability to raw materials such as sand, gravel, and industrial waste, as well as its intelligent control system. The client raised questions regarding raw material ratios and mold replacement efficiency, which the technical personnel answered on-site using equipment parameters and actual production data.
Subsequently, the client toured the factory and observed the block cutting process. After the technical personnel demonstrated the precise cutting of blocks using the Hengde cutting machine, a client representative struck the side of a block repeatedly with a hammer. Significant dents appeared on the surface after multiple strikes, but the block remained intact without cracks or damage. The client stated, “This toughness and strength are far superior to autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, and it's also lighter.”
During the visit, the client raised numerous questions about equipment capacity, raw material ratios, operation and maintenance, based on their own production needs. The Hengde technical team provided detailed answers and offered a customized production line configuration plan based on the client's existing factory conditions and production scale.
After the visit, the client clearly expressed their intention to purchase, planning to introduce Guangzhou Hengde's block production line. The head of the enterprise stated, “We highly recognize Hengde's technical strength and product quality. This visit has strengthened our confidence in this cooperation. We expect that after the production line is put into operation, it will bring us significant economic benefits and enhanced market competitiveness.”
