On-site visit with Xinjiang clients: Customized simplified self-insulating block production line
A simplified manual process, self-insulating masonry block equipment customized for Aksu, Xinjiang, has been successfully put into production. Through reasonable simplification of the process flow and equipment, and equipped with Hengde's self-developed automated square mold vertical cutting machine, the equipment has low investment, fast factory construction, and meets the customer's low-yield demand.
Guangzhou Hengde, based on the requirements of Aksu clients, and leveraging the company's years of project experience and equipment technology, has customized a simplified self-insulating masonry block equipment factory construction plan for them.
I. Customized Simplified Self-Insulating Masonry Block Production Line
Hengde's technical team tailored the factory layout and optimized the production process for the client. For example, some sections adopt simplified pouring and demolding, manual conveying of embryos, and manual stacking, significantly reducing equipment investment costs. By combining manual operation with key automated processes, a flexible production capacity of 50-100 cubic meters per day is achieved, suitable for small-scale investment needs in the early stages.
II. Key Processes and Mold Cutting Machines Adopt Hengde's Solution
Combining the foam concrete foaming technology of German LUCA, the curing process is optimized to achieve zero wastewater and waste gas emissions, meeting green building material standards.
The cutting technology adopts Hengde's self-developed high-speed gantry rotary vertical cutting saw, solving the problems of inaccurate cutting and excessive waste material in traditional processes, ensuring stable output and reliable quality.
III. This Plan Has Low Investment Costs and a Fast Construction Cycle
Simplified equipment configuration (such as the stacking system) significantly reduces initial investment costs, making it suitable for small and medium-sized investors.
Simplified equipment structure and fast installation and commissioning speed allow for rapid completion of production line construction and commissioning.
Hengde's masonry block cutting machine is compatible with the production of ordinary lightweight bricks, ceramsite blocks, and hollow blocks, leaving room for future production line upgrades.
Homogeneous EPS self-insulating masonry blocks meet more than 75% of Xinjiang's building energy-saving requirements, filling a gap in the local market and aligning with Aksu's direction of promoting the development of the green building materials industry. Throughout the project service, Hengde provides on-site technical team support, covering equipment installation, commissioning, production management, and employee training to ensure stable project operation.
Through this successful project with the Aksu client, Guangzhou Hengde has verified the high-efficiency production model achieved with a low-cost solution, providing small investors with the ability to supply self-insulating masonry blocks that meet energy-saving standards, and providing a practical case for the promotion of simplified production lines in other areas of Xinjiang.
