South African clients conduct in-depth investigation of Guangzhou Hengde
From April 28th to 29th, 2025, South African clients visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. for a two-day field trip. In-depth exchanges were held focusing on new building material production equipment and technology, exploring potential cooperation opportunities.
From April 28th to 29th, 2025, South African clients visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. for a two-day on-site investigation, engaging in in-depth exchanges on new building material production equipment and technology, and jointly exploring potential cooperation.
On the first day, at an exchange meeting in the company's conference room, the Guangzhou Hengde team detailed the company's core advantages and past successful cases to the South African clients. Afterwards, Hengde technicians led the clients to the factory for an on-site visit of the complete set of production equipment, including the mixing system and mold equipment. On-site, technicians operated the mixer to mix raw materials and injected the mixed materials into standard molds to complete the casting of the embryo. During the explanation, the technicians specifically mentioned the different capacity-corresponding modes on the mixer control panel, and how the supporting equipment such as the hopper and water metering device work together to ensure accurate and efficient output. This detail aroused the clients' high attention to the refined control of the equipment.
On the second day, the clients came to the factory again to experience the cutting process firsthand. Under the guidance of technicians, the clients operated Hengde's cutting equipment, intuitively experiencing the equipment's performance and ease of operation. During the cutting demonstration, both sides discussed technical points such as saw blade wear control and skin removal standards. The Hengde team introduced that using fine sand with a particle size ≤0.7mm can effectively reduce saw blade wear; for the skin removal of bricks and wall panels, a mature standard process of 5mm top and bottom skin removal (only top skin removal for wall panels) has been formed.
During the investigation, both sides conducted in-depth communication on production needs. The South African clients clearly stated the requirement for producing bricks with specifications of 600×250×100/140/200mm, and the mold embryo size tolerance needs to be controlled within ±5mm. In response to the client's needs, the Hengde team introduced a variety of mold options, including steel bar molds (3000×800×600mm) and mesh-free molds (60×80×300cm, equipped with a turning machine), and shared key process parameters such as the precise 30-second dispensing control density of the foaming agent and the 6-8 hour curing process.
This two-day in-depth investigation has built a bridge for in-depth understanding between Guangzhou Hengde and the South African clients. Both sides will continue to refine the technical solutions, and are expected to achieve substantial cooperation in the field of building material production equipment, working together to promote the development of building industrialization.
