Guangzhou Hengde lightweight block production line departs for Ghana, Africa
Recently, the foam concrete block production line customized by Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. for a customer in Ghana, Africa, was officially loaded and shipped. This production line, which includes core equipment such as a foaming machine and Hengde cutting machine, will be transported by sea and is expected to arrive in Ghana in about 30 days, marking a key stage in the transition from technical cooperation to capacity building between the two parties.
Recently, the foam concrete block production line customized by Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. for a client in Ghana, Africa, was officially loaded and shipped. This production line, which includes core equipment such as a foaming machine and Hengde cutting machine, will be transported by sea and is expected to arrive in Ghana in about 30 days, marking a key stage in the transition from technical cooperation to capacity building between the two parties.
Shipping scene: Precise deployment ensures safe equipment delivery
At Guangzhou Hengde's production base, staff are orderly completing the final debugging and packaging of the equipment. For long-distance transportation needs, core components such as the foaming machine and cutting machine are packaged with shockproof and moisture-proof materials and are secured and reinforced.
Technical highlights: German technology adapted to local solid waste resources
- German CLC technology core: Using the new generation of foam concrete technology from Luca, Germany, targeting Ghana's abundant tailings, fly ash and other solid waste raw materials, through hundreds of preliminary experiments to optimize the formula, achieving a solid waste utilization rate of over 50%, in line with the local "National Green Building Standard" requirements for a circular economy.
- Leading CNC cutting precision: The fully automatic CNC cutting machine is equipped with an error control of ±1mm, and can flexibly produce various specifications of blocks, meeting the stringent requirements of Ghana's affordable housing projects for high-precision wall materials.
- Multi-functional flexible production: The production line is compatible with the production of multiple product types, including lightweight blocks, self-insulating blocks, and ceramsite waterproof blocks. In the future, it can quickly switch product types according to market demand, helping customers seize diversified markets.
Cooperation upgrade: From equipment output to industrial ecosystem construction
This shipment is an important milestone following the signing of the contract in February 2025. Guangzhou Hengde not only provides hardware equipment, but also sends technical teams to guide on-site installation and commissioning, and provides operational training for local workers to ensure that the production line is quickly put into production.
