Southeast Asia Philippines Customer Block-Making Equipment Production Line Upgrade Project

In early February, a Philippine customer from Southeast Asia entered into an online agreement with Guangzhou Hengde for cooperation on lightweight wall‑material equipment, purchasing two CNC cutting machines, one grooving machine, and related ancillary equipment to upgrade and modernize the factory’s existing facilities.

Earlier, the client invested in a lightweight concrete block production project locally, using conventional wire‑saw cutting equipment. However, during operation, they frequently encountered issues such as hardened blocks that could not be cut, uneven cuts, significant dimensional inaccuracies, and frequent wire breakage. These problems resulted in low line efficiency and a poor product pass rate, ultimately forcing the project to suspend production.

The old equipment at the Philippine factory can no longer be used for production.

In early January, the customer conducted an on-site visit to Guangzhou Hengde’s factory and gained a thorough understanding of the technological advantages of its block‑cutting system. Following rigorous testing, Hengde’s cutting saw demonstrated high‑precision cuts with an accuracy of ±1 mm, seamlessly accommodating green bodies of varying density and strength. The cuts are clean and uniform, production output remains consistent, and the finished products boast superior quality.

Following the conclusion of the site visit and their return home, the client maintained ongoing communication with the project lead at Guangzhou Hengde. Ultimately, they secured an online equipment procurement agreement, and Hengde’s block‑making equipment retrofit and upgrade solution helped the Philippine client overcome production challenges, leading to improved operational performance.

At the end of March, the complete set of equipment ordered by the customer was delivered and shipped on schedule.

On September 8, 2026, technicians from Guangzhou Hengde paid another visit to the customer’s facility after nearly two years, providing in-depth training and guidance on production processes, formulations, equipment optimization, and routine maintenance.
