Southeast Asia Philippines Customer Block Equipment Production Line Renovation Project

In early February, a customer from the Philippines in Southeast Asia signed an online collaboration agreement with Guangzhou Hengde for lightweight wall material equipment, ordering two CNC cutting machines, one grooving machine, and related supporting equipment to upgrade and modernize their existing factory facilities.

The client previously invested in and established a lightweight block project locally, utilizing conventional wire-saw cutting equipment. However, during production, they frequently encountered issues such as坯体 becoming too hard to cut, uneven cuts, significant precision errors, and wires breaking easily. These problems led to low line efficiency and a declining product quality rate, ultimately causing the project to temporarily halt operations.

The old equipment at the Philippine factory can no longer produce.

In early January, the customer visited Guangzhou Hengde Factory on-site to thoroughly examine the technological advantages of the block-cutting system. After rigorous testing and verification, Hengde’s cutting saw demonstrated high-precision cuts with an accuracy of ±1mm, seamlessly adapting to billets of varying densities and strengths. The cuts were neat and uniform, ensuring stable production output and delivering consistently high-quality finished products.

After returning home from the inspection, the client continued to stay in close communication with the project leader of Guangzhou Hengde. Ultimately, they reached an online equipment procurement collaboration, and through Hengde’s block-making equipment renovation and upgrade plan, the Philippine client successfully overcame production challenges at their factory, leading to improved business performance.

In late March, the complete set of equipment ordered by the customer was delivered and shipped on schedule.
