South American Guyana Client Signs Contract for Lightweight Block Equipment Upgrade and Renovation Project

Recently, a client from Guyana in Latin America formally signed a cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Hengde for the supply of a lightweight block production line, intended to upgrade and modernize the client’s existing production facility. The client’s original production line employed conventional mold-forming technology, which suffered from weak specification control and limited production flexibility—challenges that make it difficult to meet today’s market demand for standardized manufacturing. Under this collaboration, there is no need to rebuild the entire production line; instead, the existing plant and equipment will be leveraged to implement an advanced cutting-based production process, thereby optimizing key production stages.

Guangzhou Hengde customizes tailored renovation solutions based on clients’ site conditions and production plans. The new cutting process effectively enhances product accuracy, aesthetic quality, and production efficiency, expands product specifications, and strengthens market competitiveness.

Following the site visit and contract signing, the customer underwent training with the company’s technical personnel on production-line operations, including guidance on key process steps such as material feeding, casting, demolding, and cutter operation.

This marks another successful case for Guangzhou Hengde in expanding into the South American market. Leveraging its mature technology for upgrading existing production lines and extensive experience in overseas project services, Guangzhou Hengde provides end-to-end integrated solutions encompassing scheme design, equipment supply, installation and commissioning, technical training, and after-sales support.
