South American Guyana Customer Lightweight Block Equipment Upgrade and Renovation Project (Shipment)

Recently, a client from Guyana in Latin America officially signed a cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Hengde for a lightweight block‑making equipment project, aimed at upgrading and modernizing the client’s existing production line. The client’s original line relied on conventional mold‑forming technology, which suffered from weak dimensional control and limited production flexibility—challenges that make it difficult to meet today’s market demand for standardized manufacturing. This collaboration will avoid rebuilding the entire line; instead, leveraging the existing plant and equipment infrastructure, it will transition to an advanced cutting‑based production process, optimizing key production stages.

Guangzhou Hengde customizes tailored renovation solutions based on clients’ site conditions and production plans. Its innovative cutting process significantly enhances product precision, aesthetic quality, and manufacturing efficiency, expands product variety, and strengthens market competitiveness.

Following the site visit and contract signing, the customer received training from the company’s technical team on production-line operations, including guidance on key process steps such as material loading, pouring, demolding, and operating the cutting machine.

This marks another successful case for Guangzhou Hengde in expanding into the South American market.
