A customer in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has signed a cooperation agreement for lightweight brick production equipment (shipment).

Recently, a delegation of clients from the Democratic Republic of the Congo visited Guangzhou Hengde. Following several days of intensive negotiations, the two parties formally signed a cooperation agreement for a lightweight block production line. Under the terms of the agreement, Phase I of the project is slated to produce 100 cubic meters of lightweight blocks per day, utilizing Hengde’s independently developed fully automated, high-precision cutting production line.

During the site visit, Hengde’s expert team provided a detailed overview of the production process and the equipment’s technical advantages, and accompanied the customer on an in-depth tour of the workshop to observe the manufacturing and machining procedures firsthand. In the live demonstration, the high-precision cutting machine delivered pinpoint accuracy when processing lightweight bricks, with cut tolerances maintained within 1 millimeter. Its operational efficiency more than doubled compared to conventional equipment, while also offering environmentally friendly benefits such as reduced dust, lower noise levels, and minimal waste. The customer expressed strong approval of both the equipment’s performance and the company’s service capabilities, ultimately resulting in a successful contract signing.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Guangzhou Hengde’s efforts to expand into the African market. The company will continue to leverage its technologically advanced equipment and tailored solutions to help overseas customers achieve efficient production of green building materials.
