The African customer project has entered the on-site installation phase, and the Hengde after-sales team has arrived to provide guidance.

On August 13, 2026, installation progress was reported from the project site of a client in Africa, managed by Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. With the equipment having just arrived on site, Hengde’s after-sales team promptly reached the customer’s factory to coordinate equipment entry, conduct foundation inspections, and provide guidance for subsequent installation work.

On August 13, 2026, installation progress was reported from the project site of an African client of Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. With the client’s equipment having just arrived on site, Hengde’s after-sales team promptly reached the customer’s factory to coordinate equipment delivery, conduct foundation inspections, and provide guidance for subsequent installation work.

Based on the on-site conditions, the customer’s facility is currently undertaking foundation preparation and construction readiness in advance of installation. The main building structure is now ready for equipment delivery, and the site’s flooring, equipment foundations, and installation areas are being progressively finalized. Meanwhile, personnel are verifying installation locations, foundation dimensions, and the schedule for subsequent construction activities.

For overseas factory‑construction projects, the arrival of equipment marks not the end, but the true beginning of implementation. Whether the equipment can be installed smoothly, whether the various links in the production line can be seamlessly integrated, and whether subsequent commissioning and training can keep pace—all these factors directly affect the pace at which the customer’s project progresses.

Upon the arrival of the African customer’s equipment, Hengde’s after-sales team promptly deployed to the site to help the customer streamline the installation sequence, verify equipment positioning, foundation requirements, track alignment, and the coordination of subsequent process steps, thereby laying a solid foundation for the subsequent installation of the production line.

On-site installation is far from simply placing the equipment in position. A lightweight building-materials production line encompasses multiple stages—feeding, mixing, pouring, mold turnover, demolding, cutting, and material handling—and the positioning and interconnection of each piece of equipment must be confirmed well in advance. Particularly in overseas projects, where site foundations, construction conditions, and workforce coordination can vary significantly, on-site engineering guidance is even more critical.

This project‑driving effort also underscores that Guangzhou Hengde’s services extend beyond mere equipment delivery. Even after the equipment leaves the factory, Hengde continues to provide on‑site installation guidance, commissioning preparation, and operator training support, ensuring that the project is successfully implemented at the customer’s facility.

Going forward, the Hengde after-sales team will continue to align with the customer’s specific plant conditions, advancing equipment positioning, foundation alignment, installation guidance, and preparatory commissioning work, thereby helping the project gradually transition into the full-line installation and production‑readiness phase.

Guangzhou Hengde has long been dedicated to the field of lightweight building-material production equipment, offering overseas clients end-to-end support—from project planning and equipment manufacturing to shipment, delivery, on-site installation guidance, and technical training—helping them successfully build and operate projects involving lightweight bricks, blocks, wall panels, and more.
