This project involves the construction of a production line for lightweight concrete blocks and lightweight wall panels for a Ghanaian client. In the preliminary phase, the equipment was loaded and shipped from Guangzhou Hengde, with the entire batch being dispatched to the client’s site in Ghana. With the arrival of the equipment, the project has officially entered the on-site installation and commissioning stage.
This time, Hengde’s engineers arrived on-site to begin preparations for subsequent installation guidance, focusing on equipment placement, site layout, installation sequence, foundation alignment, and inspection of ancillary components, thereby helping the customer gain a clearer understanding of the entire production line’s installation process and the seamless integration of each stage.
For overseas factory‑construction projects, shipping the equipment is only the first step; actual implementation also requires on‑site installation, equipment commissioning, personnel training, and ongoing production support. Guangzhou Hengde will continue to tailor its efforts to the specific conditions at the Ghanaian customer’s site, coordinating equipment installation and follow‑up services to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
