Guangzhou Hengde successfully signed a deal for a real estate project in Ghana, establishing a production line for lightweight concrete blocks and wall panels.
In October 2025, Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. successfully signed a contract with a client from Chongqing, China, who is engaged in real estate development in Ghana, Africa. The project will involve the construction of a dual-mode cutting production line capable of manufacturing both lightweight blocks and lightweight wall panels, marking Hengde's further expansion into the West African market.

Customer Visit and Inspection Process
This client primarily focuses on real estate development projects and has been deeply rooted in Ghana's African market for many years, gaining an in-depth understanding of local construction material needs. As early as the end of July this year, the client visited Hengde's headquarters for an on-site inspection, highly praising the company's overall strength, advanced equipment and technology, as well as its robust production management system.
During the visit, Hengde's technical team provided the customer with a detailed introduction to the production processes of lightweight blocks and wall panels, and showcased project cases from multiple countries, enabling the customer to fully appreciate the distinct advantages of Hengde equipment compared to products from other manufacturers.
