Uzbekistan client inspects Hengde lightweight brick equipment
The company welcomed a group of guests from Uzbekistan. They made a special visit to Hengde Factory to conduct an in-depth inspection of lightweight brick equipment and explore opportunities for cooperation on lightweight wall material projects.
Recently, customers from Uzbekistan visited the Guangzhou Hengde production base to learn about lightweight brick equipment and production processes. Technicians introduced the fully automatic high-precision rotary vertical cutting saw on-site, with cutting accuracy reaching millimeter level (±1mm). It is suitable for the production of various blocks such as lightweight bricks, self-insulating blocks, and ceramsite blocks, significantly improving product stability.
Using German CLC foam concrete technology and a self-heating circulation curing system, it requires no high-temperature autoclaving, has low energy consumption, and easily passes environmental assessments, while also solving the traditional issues of hollowing and water seepage in autoclaved aerated blocks.
The lightweight brick production process has different raw material requirements and can utilize materials such as fly ash, construction waste, and industrial tailings. These can be flexibly selected based on the customer's local conditions to reduce production costs.
Hengde's lightweight brick equipment cutting machine uses intelligent CNC operation, which is easy to operate, fast in cutting speed, precise in size, produces minimal waste, and saves on mold usage and raw material costs. The small block cutting equipment occupies a small area, has a short debugging cycle, and can quickly achieve profitability, which has attracted great interest from customers.
Hengde has successfully served many customers in Central Asia, including differentiated configurations of autoclaved/non-autoclaved systems, and has adjusted parameters based on local raw materials. Similar experience can quickly adapt to the needs of customers in Central Asia and Russia, such as process adjustments for extremely cold or high-temperature environments.
